Dr. Cathy Anne Macknet, MD

Cathy is amazing, staff awesome! Cathy took the time to go over everything thoroughly and calmly. Did not feel rushed, felt comfortable speaking to her. Facility very clean. Overall great visit. Five stars.

I have been going to this practice for years now. All 3 Drs.have been amazing in every possible way. They are very skilled at the procedures they perform.

Everyone that I encountered was very pleasant and professional. Only suggestion would be that the staff could have been a bit more helpful to a first time visit. Filling the questionnaire on the tablet was a new experience. After the doctor visit, I wasn’t informed that I could just check myself out. I am used to the assistant returning and getting a visit summary and reviewing the doctor instructions. After about fifteen minutes I did come out and inquire if I could leave. Other than that minor inconvenience I was very pleased with the service.

Office staff is very nice, pleasent, when I call with a to schedule an appointment. . Dr Macknet is very attentive to what I have to say. He is compassionate and answers my questions in a manner that I can understand and shows interest in what I have to say. I am fortnate to have him as my Dermatologist.

My initial impression of any medical facility is from the staff. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was shown to an exam room at the time of my appointment. The assistant completed the initial questioning followed very soon by Dr. Cathy. All of my concerns were addressed and additional areas of concern were located by the thorough exam completed by the doctor. Very satisfied with the experience. 3

TERRIBLE!!! On time for a 10:15a apptmt that would've taken, maybe 10 mins. Sat in the lobby for 45 mins then taken back to exam room & waited for +15 mins. Nothing. Just sitting there waiting. Just sitting,,, wasting time. Waiting. At +1 hr, got up & walked out. Another Loma Linda Doctor that thinks the world revolves around them. Among all of the other arrangements I had to make, I also took UN-PAID time off from work to fit her schedule. She is in a service industry. So, so-long and buh bye.

I feel very comfortable with the staff and especially Dr. Cathy. Several times I have only needed to be seen by the assistant who is extremely competent. The office is very neat and clean

I don't know how anyone could review Dr.Macknet poorly! She was the best doctor I've been to. She spent time explaining everything professionally and was easy to talk to. She was able to diagnose my problem and make it better when other doctors could not even tell me what was wrong. She did surgery on my mom and you can't even tell where it was done. She is spectacular! I can't say enough good things about her as a dermatologist. She is excellent! My family will never change our doctors! Her office is beautiful and clean and always helpful!

I am VERY disappointed. REALLY uncomfortable. I wish doctor explain to me better of everything. I went for my acne and acne scar. I asked her "What is my skin type?" She looked my face few second and said "look like your have oily on T zone" ........ ??? I was expecting more profesional skin analyse ... She recommended TotalFX Laser for my acne scar. minimum info. she told me how long downtime take just because i asked.

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Macknet's office. She took her time explaining my condition to me, and after hearing her explanation, I know much more than I did before, even though I have seen several physicians over the years. If there is one thing that I could complain about, it is hard to see her because she is in demand. I guess that is a good thing.
