Dr. Cecil Brian Breetzke, MD

I have had all kinds of issues with this doctor. Unfortunately, he claimed to do a very through H& P, including auscultation, carotid bruit eval, pulse evaluation. He never touched me and never used that item called a stethoscope which is required for most of what he said. The man never did a single one of these. I was there. I'm also proficient in these medical terms because I happen to work in a little place called a cardiac cath lab. Be careful folks.

I had a very bad experience with this doctor. I am trying to get ahold of anyone from Vitruvian Health to file a grievance. He was with Tennova primary care, then it was bought by Vitruvian health. I believe he is the chief of staff for the Bradley Primary Care, Peerless Rd, which is owned by Vitruvian now. Because he is chief, he apparently had the authority to fire me, and also prevent me from seeing any other providers in that office and possibly any other Bradley groups with Vitruvian. The certified letter he sent me gave me 30 days to find a new PCP, but not in that group of 9 providers, if you factor in nurse practitioners, or Physician Assistants. Over the phone I was told he was no longer my doctor. I was under the impression that he refused to care for me from the date of the phone call. That is abandonment. To make a patient feel they are fired immediately with no recourse for care, even with someone else in the group. They went as far as to make an appt with another doctor… in the group, only to pull the rug from under me in that letter. I've never had any disagreement with him, never was aggressive with him, never was non compliant, followed his instructions, paid all my bills on time, and owe no balance. One missed appt. That's all I recall. He said many, but won't provide proof. I even called 2 hrs prior because I was vomiting from food poisoning the night before. Then he fired me. It was unexpected. He treats my hypertension. What if I run out of medication before I can get a new patient appt with a new group? I'm the one who went to him with documented BP readings at home to address my high blood pressure. He never noticed it before, or even cared to ask about it. I quit smoking without any assistance from him. The only thing he suggested was to have sex. He kept saying that. Anytime you're thinking of smoking or craving, or depressed, just have more sex. This is what he told me during the phone appt. I was very confused and unsure why he thought that was an appropriate thing to recommend when I hadn't asked for his advice about sex. He is odd. He is arrogant and when he talks to you, he wants you to know how smart he thinks he is. How on top of things he thinks he is. He doesn't give a single thought about your feelings, or opinions. Narcissistic personality and inappropriate discussions. Very concerning and wrong on many, many levels.

Great Dr. If pushing shots and selling meds is your thing. Lousy patient support, you are all on your own as fast as he can get rid of you. He must make a fortune on pushing vaccines. That is all he talks about. Bottom of the barrell in my book. Worst Doctor I have ever had. Your problem stays your problem in his office.

Lousy doctor. Very poor communication and very condescending. Ghosted me three appointments in a row. Anyone can do better than this guy for a doctor.

My boyfriend needs his Rx's refilled but was told he has to see another provider before they can refill. Well his so called Dr s up and left without notifying their patients, now my bf is without a Dr, which is not his responsibility to find another one, plus been without his meds for 3 weeks. Your don't just up and leave and leave your patients hanging. Their life depends on getting help when needed with overall health and meds that they have to have. The dependence is first and foremost on God but gives doctors knowledge to treat and take care of their patients. If drs really care about their patients, they wouldn't just up and leave without notifying patients and also have another provider immediately take the original drs place This isn't the first time my bf was left hanging and he has to have his meds.. Seems like a big scam to me!! BTW, he did didn't even see the Dr who is his provider on his card, he only saw NA's or PA's. What's the purpose of having a Dr if you never see… them. Bunch of Dr. Wannabes if you ask me. This is not Professional and that's not how you do your patients. There needs to be a change in the medical field where a patient is top priority. Having a "degree" doesn't make you more of a Dr than having a garage meant for a mechanic. So, Drs you need to take responsibility for your actions and take care of your patients in every area!!! Would put rating a zero(0) but that's not one of the options!

Dr. Breetzke is a good doctor, however, his nurse, Brittany, and other staff members render his practice sub-standard. These women are so self-absorbed, they cannot show any compassion to a patient who is concerned about his health issues. They care only about themselves and their feelings. The patient's health concerns are secondary to what they feel. One must be so careful not to offend them, that it is ridiculous. Better to get health care somewhere else.

I am not an easy patient. I have been mad for the past eight years about politicians screwing up my health care even more AND emptying my pocket in the process. I was able to afford (just) my insurance premiums, but had no money left to actually USE it due to my $5,000 deductable. Dr Breetzke is personable, straight forward and able to break the tension of my obvious dissatisfaction with the medical profession. He took the time to offer options to medications that I objected to and jumped through hoops to get me in to see a specific gastro specialist. As a veteran, I appreciate seeing a veteran physician as I am predisposed to trust him already. After eight years of neglect, I am back on the road to getting my medications right and catching up with preventative procedures. If you are looking for a doctor that listens, that explains, instructs & can do so with a smile, then Dr Breetzke is your doctor. And he is pretty smart to boot!

Since ALL Doctors have a limited amount of time they can spend with each patient, I think Dr. Breetzke is very effective at balancing his time and by being very efficient at what he does. I was transferred to his care after my Doctor of about 35 years suddenly retired ... it took a few visits to get acquainted with him and his mannerisms, but I have complete confidence in his expertise.

I love this Dr. He listens to your concerns and answers any questions you may have. He is very helpful and informative.

this doctor is the best doctor I have ever dealt with. He is caring for my 87 year old father. He is very kind and understanding. I think he is the best in town
