He’s very caring, looked right at me - and not at a screen! Knowledgeable, friendly, and gave me confidence in his diagnosis.

I was very disappointed after leaving my last appt. I saw dr Rutter twice for back pain and the first time he said I had to go to physical therapy before an mei which I understood due to insurance. I then had an mri and went for a follow up appt. Dr rutter didn’t remember he scheduled me for an MRI so during our follow up appt, he didn’t even review the results other than very quickly. I was basically told I had to live with the pain as there is nothing he could do for all the issues the mri showed. I have been having severe pain for years so was very anxious waiting for this follow up appt and felt “rushed” and uncared for only to be felt disappointed and hopeless afterwards.

My appointments are always on time. I never have to wait. Dr. Rutter and his staff are always courteous and understanding. They listen to my concerns and provide all available options for my problems.

He was friendly and explained his findings in detail. Great bedside manner.

Dr. Rutter is amazing! I so appreciate his bedside manner, his patience, and the time he takes to address all questions with care and concern. After 2 epidural procedures that didn’t help, he has referred me to a colleague for my back surgery as there is a newer technique being used to reach the area of concern. I greatly appreciated him wanting the best care for my situation.

Dr Rutter is wonderful! He did a great job fixing my wrist. He's very professional and easy to talk to.
