Dr. Charlene Lepane

After you get your endoscopy in (where they make the money), you don't get any followup. The office completely books everything up 2 months, so you have 2 months in between every contact with the office. In addition, besides your first appointment, you will never talk to the doctor. They pawn you off to their nurse practitioners, and even then, they're impossible to reach. The doctor was nice enough, but if you never see or talk to them, that defeats the purpose.

Dr seems ok, but the follow up is non existent & communication is horrible. No one answers the phone, and the portal is useless. I had a serious question about a health issue, left 5 messages over two weeks both in the portal and on the phone for Dr Lepane & have not gotten an answer. I would not recommend this practice. Very disappointed.

Dr Lepane is a good doctor. Unfortunately, if you try to reach her office good luck!! No one responds to the messages or phone calls. Tried reaching her office post procedure could not get a response for THREE DAYS! It was not until I sent an email to advent health in desperation did I get a phone call back. Ended cancelling all apps w the dr due to lack of response. Very very disappointing and frustrating. They do not care!!

Doctor Lepane has completely changed my life and the way I feel as well. She is the smartest Doctor that I found in the gastro business. I have already recommended her to several family members and they all agree that she is very thorough in her work. Not only that her bedside manner is like no other doctor that I have found.

After been looking for around for a good doctor for a very long time I founded Dr Lepane. She’s truly amazing. She’s extremely knowledgeable, caring, passionate and professional. She took the time to listened to my concerns and made a plan of care for me. She explained every step the way. She's a great listener, asks the right questions, and is genuinely concerned about her patient’s well-being. I will give her 10 stars if I could!!

She took care of my father at the VA and was the ONLY doctor there to listen and accurately diagnosed him after he had been seen by multiple doctors before. She has saved his life.

I just love Dr. LePane. She is excellent at providing you her attention. She gets things done quickly, so they don't drag out. She has went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. She follows up, and goes over everything with you. She is all about the patient. She really makes the most out of her time with you. Her staff is nice too. I feel at home in her office, even when I am sick. Would definitely recommend her!!
