Dr. Charles Michael Creasman, MD

found out today that I was billed for a full "Office Visit" when in reality I spoke to the doctor over the phone for less than 3 minutes to hear results from an MRI. I had already obtained the results from the MRI provider, so I did not need to hear them from my Dr. The Dr's office did not inform me in advance that they would be submitting a claim for Telehealth visit, and that I would owe the full co-pay. If I had know this, I would not have spoken with the doctor. Very disappointed in the quality of service and lack of communication.

I had extreme pain in Both my hips for 5 years. However, I was afraid to have the major surgery. Finally, I went to visit Dr. Creasman. From the Receptionist, to the PA and his X RAY technician everything was 5 Stars. Dr. Creasman surgery on BOTH hips. Today, 5 months later, I am a NEW man. He is a brilliant surgeon and wonderful person.

I have been going to Dr. Creasman for shoulder issues since approximately 1999. He is very knowledgeable, thoughtful and an excellent surgeon. The first time I saw him was for a second opinion for a grade III separation. The first ORS immediately recommended surgery. Dr. Creasman told me that "current literature" at the time indicated to not do anything and let the injury heal on it's own. Boy, was I happy I followed his recommendation as I made a full recovery with no issues. The next time I saw him, approx. 17 years later, was for a torn rotator cuff and bicep tendon to the same shoulder. This time, surgery was my only option as PT did not resolve my problems. I again went to Dr. Creasman for a second opinion, and again was glad I did. I did end up having surgery with him and had an excellent result with absolutely no problems following PT. I have since injured my other shoulder, but this time I went directly to Dr. Creasman. Rather than recommending surgery, he… recommended PT to see if it will resolve my issue (impingement). Hopefully, PT will resolve my problems. If not, I know I will be in good hands with Dr. Creasman if I do end up needing surgery. As you can see, Dr. Creasman isn't an immediate proponent of surgery like most ORS. I highly recommend him as your primary ORS.

Dr. Creasman took very good care of my Baseball PLayer, son.

Dr Creasman put all our questions and fears to rest. Both he and his staff are exceptional. We were looking for the best; and we found him.

WHAT is the use of a appointment if you still are in the lobby 30-45minutes after your appointment time. Then you get to a room and wait for another 45min. This office overbooks appointments knowing patients are gonna have to wait over two hours just to see his aide(not Dr Creaseman) for two minutes. There is absolutely no time management with these people!!!!!!

I thought I would never be pain free again but then Dr. Creasman replaced my knee. I cannot thank him enough. he is a miracle worker. He is one of the fee good ones left. THANK YOU

Great Dr. I've used him several times and sent friends to him. I'm sure I'll use him again!

My son fell off a trampoline, and only by God's grace was Dr. Creasman on call for John C. Lincoln Hospital that night. He took great care of my son and assigned him to his personal office for followup. My son ended up to 2 full fractures that had to be surgically put back together will steal rods.Dr. Creasman was great all the way through the process. 5 yrs later and my son is almost good as new dispite a small amount of nerve damage that was caused by the bone when it broke through the skin.God Bless this man.

Dr. Creasman has done 3 knee surgeries and 2 arm surgeries on me. I would recommed him.
