Dr. Charles William Ferrell, MD

We have lived all over the country and seen just about every kind of doctor you can imagine. Was surprised to find a Dr of this caliber in such a small town. Very up to date on treatments and found a heart problem only one other specialist in a heart institute in Atlanta has detected in our son.

Worst doctor ever. He doesn't care about his patients. He doesn't even check test results. He said everything was normal, but I still felt sick and later I found out the test result was abnormal!

I felt like he didn't listen to me as a patient or a parent. He is judgemental and will decide what's wrong with you just by your history.

Dr Ferrell is an inexperienced doctor who orders many unnecessary expensive tests and appointments so he can charge you more money. He doesn't listen or care about his patients.

This office use to be nice and friendly and have a small town feel. Now it's really busy, the receptionist are always rude and not helpful on the phone. I go there several times a year w my 2 daughters and they never call me by name or remember me from the time before and it's been 3yrs I liked it much better before he switched over as st Mary's office. And god forbid you accidentally call the dentist line.
