Dr. Charles Albert Withers II, MD

My husband was a patient here. He would drive over an hour for his appointments and take half a day off each time, never late. We found Dr. Withers nice enough but would often have to repeatedly call to get lab results, have questions answered or for refills. The staff was unprofessional in a few instances. We often waited for a long time after our appointment time. The last straw was when there were some traffic problems around the office, my husband was 12 minutes late, other patients came in behind him late also, they refused to see him. A true lack of compassion.

I appreciated the time he took to explain everything to me and tell me about what treatment options he suggested and why. I didn't feel like he was rushing me to get to the next patient.

Poor bedside manner. Condescending. Not thorough. Not prompt. Very disappointed in this provider.
