Dr. Charles Clifton Wykoff, MD

From the receptionist to the technicians, everyone was cordial and helpful. My wait time was surprisingly brief. Dr. Wycoff's depth of knowledge is matched only by his willingness to answer questions, his extremely cordial attitude, concern about my condition, and his skill demonstrated by the careful handling of my treatment. To say I am impressed is an understatement.

Excellent care. My only response is front office and back office are extremely efficient, but a visit like this is emotionally stressful due to fear of outcome. Employees are not “warm and fuzzy”.

Enjoyed this visit, good interaction with the staff especially Dr. Wykoff who addressed my concerns related to my eyes.

Dr. Wycoff was great. He found a small tear in my Retina and treated it right away. I was very happy with his knowledge and care.

Dr Mann diagnosed my perivasculitis in 1978 and told me I was going blind and that there was no treatment for it. Sent me to several doctors and Baylor School of Ophthalmology where I received the same bleak prognosis. Then referred me to Dr. Teeters who gave me injections that controlled my condition. Dr. Brown continued the treatment after Dr. Teeters retired and then Dr. Wykoff followed up with my treatments. They have gave me superb care seeing me even on weekends and preserved my vision through the past 43 years allowing me to put my kids through college and work until I was 75 before retiring. I am extremely grateful for the care I've received and will recommend Dr. Wykoff to anyone with retina problems.

Excellent team of Doctors and other staff. However, When I offered myself as a candidate for clinical trials, I was informed that these are available only at a facility located almost 65 miles away from my residence. No issue with that since I was told that a dedicated transport would be provided for traveling to the facility. After making my first appointment I am informed that the transport is not available for the first visit. I am now struggling to make my own arrangements which may cost me over $150. Yes, I would still do it but some construction should be given to senior citizens like me who cannot drive after dialated eyes.

I have seen Dr. Wykoff for years with various eye problems. He performed a surgery on each of my eyes because of a Weiss ring. He was not quick to recommend surgery and gave me time to get used to it but after a year it was very troublesome so he agreed to do the surgeries. My eyes are doing great over a year later. Dr Wykoff is very skilled, knowledgeable, professional ... all the things you want in a doctor. I recommend him and his office without reservation to all who seek someone with skill, care and concern to treat their retina issues.

I needed OK to have cataract surgery. Dr. Wykoff and the staff were very professional but also caring. I needed additional tests to determine if I had a problem with the eye that needs the cataract removed.
