Honest review: the technicians themselves are great. The office staff is horrible. They are rude and have messed up my appointments so many times. I have officially switched aesthetic practices because of the mismanagement of the office staff. In my time as a patient with Hull they have scheduled me for the incorrect treatments (which I found out mid treatment), scheduled the wrong dates and called me 30 min before my appointment to cancel because the material for my appointment wasn't ordered in time. When I brought all this to the attention of a manger she was rude and sided with her staff. Hull is unprofessional and I am so disappointed with the service.

I’ve struggled with oily, acne-prone skin my whole life, wasting a lot of money to keep it at bay unsuccessfully. Dr. Hull’s treatment plan has literally changed my life!

No one could take away my acne UNTIL I saw Dr Hull!!! She helped save my skin!!!

I went in for acne and was rushed. The 15 mins I spent with her she wasted by trying to get me to do an acne experiment she kept pushing that I clearly was NOT interested in doing. She yawned and jumbled her words the entire time. I felt very disappointed and as if I was an inconvenience being in her office. Very unprofessional and I will not be returning for my check up.

Had nonspecific spot that was biopsied. Clinic called back with the results and recommended surgical removal. I asked to discuss other options and had an appointment with a physician’s assistant that lasted 10 minutes. She said “the pathologist always recommends surgical removal-you certainly can explore other options.“ Received a prescription for a topical cream instead of surgery. Definitely was feeling like the clinic was intent on ringing as much money out of me as possible with the surgical recommendation. The $150 charge for being told that I didn’t have to do the surgery confirmed my feeling. I felt like the 10-minute “no, you don’t have to do surgery-you can use this cream instead“ advice should not cost $150. Good grief-now I feel lucky that I didn’t have to pay to have the clinic call me and tell me my pathology results! Follow up visit was scheduled to see how the cream worked. I showed up on time for the appointment-30 minutes later the physicians… assistant came into the room to look at the spot that had been treated with cream. She spent 20 seconds looking at it (I am not exaggerating-20 seconds) and then said it was looking great and she’d like to see me again in three months. I had waited 30 minutes for a 20 second appointment, but it got worse when I was told I had to pay $146 for those 20 seconds. Enough is enough, I refused and canceled my next follow-up appointment. I will go someplace else. The business model of whole dermatology is clear. Maximize the amount and frequency of services to wring as much money out of patience as possible - and charge for everything possible. I’m wonder what insurance providers would think if they knew they were being charged $146 for 20 seconds of a physician assistant’s time. It’s just wrong, and I’m not going to support that kind of scheme. There are plenty of dermatologists in Northwest Arkansas. My advice is to select one of them rather than Hull Fermatology.

Dr. Hull and her Staff are the Best! I had a fair sized place removed from my lip a few weeks ago. It is healing so fast and the incision on the top of my lip is barely visible. Dr. Hull is a true artist. The larger part of my lip incision is almost healed and my lip is looking normal in this short time. The Staff treated me with so much care and kindness I will always be grateful. Thanks so much!

I took my daughter in for an appointment due to a rash and was not pleased with the service I got from Dr Hull, She seem to be in a hurry and she did not take time to see my daughter skin carefully, I will never go back again, I wasted my time and money.

Love her and staff! no complaints here!

Thorough skin exam. Answered all my questions. Personable and felt well taken care of. Would definitely recommend to any of my friends. Staff is great too!

Was referred to Dr. Hull by my PCP and ending up seeing one of her PAs who was really nice, listened to me, and explained to me all the things I wanted to know. I didn't mind not seeing the doctor at all, even though I did see her for a visit, to which I met her other PA as she has two. I tell ya, smart people and caring staff who are just as knowledgeable! Great place, would recommend to anyone...yes they move quickly, but it seems as though alot of people want or need to see them. Appreciate the fact that I didn't have to wait months for an appointment :)
