Dr. Cheryl Kohn, DO

14/15yrs ago she was my OBGYN in CT at SFH. Absolutely an amazing person I was a young, first time mom(22yrs old) and she made me feel comfortable. Very soft spoken and listened to my all questions. Wishing you were still here in CT.

Dr. Kohn is amazing! She has wonderful bedside manner. I never felt rushed at any apportionment and I felt like I knew her for years. I wish could move back to Colorado for her the second time around.

My husband and I saw Dr. Kohn during our first pregnancy which ended in a miscarriage. Not a pleasant time to say the least, but Dr. Kohn was our rock through the process. She took time to answer all of my questions, held our hands through the process, and called multiple times to follow up. I can't wait until we get another positive test so we can go back and see her. She reassured us through the process and is willing to see us early next time if we're worried or need reassurance.

i love her approach to medicine

Colorado mountain medical is extremely over priced.office and medical assistant staff are quite rude and pompous. i am always rushed here, and i can tell that no member of this staff (that I have met) actually cares about their clients who don't happen to be super rich. after living in vail for ten years i have quit going to Colorado mountain medical because I was not getting the help i needed wwith my health issue. they will take blood pressure etc talk to me for a very few minutes, rush me away in a flash, and they always charge at least two or three hundred dollars for basically nothing. iif you are looking for answers about health problem, i would not recommend starting here as you will get nowhere with them.

Even after a week of trying to get my personal emotions in check I was extremely nervous going into my appointment. Her nurse, Devra, was right there with Kleenex's and reassurance that it's normal to feel this way. Dr. Kohn came in and spent some time with me dressed, which always means a lot to me, and she was compassionate, empathetic, and truly supportive through the process. Her bedside manner was great in that she gave me several options to keep my mind preoccupied, talked me through it and was always willing to stop at any point in the process to take a break. Being a Manager for a busy Physician's Practice I know how hard it is for Dr's to truly sit with their patient, listen to their health and emotional concerns; and then come from a place of pure helpful intentions without worrrying if their on time or not; is a rare gift and Dr. Kohn exemplified it beautifully.

Dr.Kohn is an intelligent and caring doctor. I trust her 100% and I'm glad to be in her care. If she doesnt have the answer you need, she will refer to a specialist who does and I thank her for that. I think she's a great doctor.

She diagnosed me with something, I didn't have and proceeded with incredibly agressive treatment. Do not see this doctor she shouldn't be practicing.

I would highly recommend to never visit Dr. Kohn. I went in for a regular one-year exam and left my check-up traumatized. Dr. Kohn takes bad patient history, she does not listen, she over diagnosis, she over treats, she is too aggressive in her care, she does not understand simple tests that she offers, she does not know how to answer patient questions. In order to get my questions answered I had to make an appointment with another doctor. She didn't even bother to find out and get back to me! I truly believe Dr. Kohn is incompetent, indifferent and lazy. I would NEVER refer her to a friend. I recommend that you wait an additional month for another doctor than visit Dr. Kohn. Her lack of experience causes her patients to suffer. She does not even know how to administer local anesthesia! I had such a horrible experience with her that I want to file a malpractice suite and report her to the board.
