Dr. Cheryl Bernice Kroeker, DO

I had only been going there for a couple of months.She had found out about my situation just with one visit. When all the other Drs I had seen for years. I would recommend every one to go to her she takes time for her patients.

Refused to refill my med, just cut me off it. And told me to find a dr closer to home. In this horrible time of turmoil.knowing i have several diagnoses making it difficult for me to adjust to change.

I was a patient for years, then had to change facilities due to insurance.when i had the opportunity to chose her again, i did so, even though i had to drive an 1. 5 to see her. I felt it was worth it. I didnt see her, i saw Teresa ( nurse practioner) .. she started me on a med & then refused to refill again. And told me to see a closer dr.. i trusted dr kroeker enough to choose her, not only as a woman but as a dr i had trusted for years. I now have to call and find another provider, in this time of turmoil. And because of COPD, im on isolation precautions. I feel it was wrong to not only refill my med but to tell me it was too far for me to drive. I have several disorders that make it difficult for me to adjust to change.

This office has great staff and Dr, they handle things in a professional manner. I am very please with their services they offer. Went in for my regular appointment this morning and there was a couple infront of me giving the front office staff a hard time about their balance apparently. The lady that was taking care of the situation informed them they had a balance and the gentleman said they would discuss it and they stormed out of the office without letting the front office know. I told them they left and didn't look happy and they lady apologized to me for having to witness that. I told her I have never had a issue with the billing or getting statements from them. I don't understand why people want services and don't want to pay for those services. Some things are not free people!!!

Dr. Kroeker is the kind of doctor I try to find for care: Compasionate, knowledgeable and approachable. I am very pleased with her.

I'm equally impressed with Dr. Kroeker and her staff. She listens carefully, makes very informed decisions, is open to alternatives, and provides excellent care. Both she and her staff are very caring and supportive.

I am very pleased with Dr Kroeker and her staff. They make each visit very comfortable and thorough...I finally found a doctor I can trust and I couldn't be more happy with the treatment I receive each time I visit her office....I highly recommend Dr Kroeker and her staff!

I have been seeing this dr for over a 1yr now, and i am so discusted with her. She doesn't listen to anything I tell her about my condition, just adds what she seems to think is acceptable.. She even accused me of dr. shopping!! Dr.'s I don't even know from Ak to okla. I am elderly and can barely get around.. If you want my advice, PLEASE DONT USE HER SHE IS WORTHLESS

My opinion is shes a very caring doctor and does a great job. I am very pleased with her overall as a doctor for my daughter and I would definitely and have recommended her.
