Staff friendly and helpful. Dr. very thorough in answering all my medical questions. Showed care and concern with my condition and took his time with me to review my concerns.

Excellent Dr. very caring about his patients when you go there you are treated in a professional manner and any concerns you have are address and taken care of. Thank you Dr. Nakamura for being such a caring person.

Dr. Nakamura is a very intelligent dr. He's compassionate too. When I'm sick, the staff gets me in quickly. Also, Jackie is a GREAT nurse.

I have gone to Dr. Nakamura for a long time. Twice I needed desperate help and I was not able to get to see him, therefore ending up in Emergency. I always was under the impression when you have a doctor he might want to help you when you are really sick, but I guessed wrong. It would be nice if they would set some time aside for emergency's especially if they know you are not a cronic complainer. Very sad you cannot get help when really needed

The first visit he spent an hour with my husband and I getting to know us and our family history and completing a thorough physical on both of us. Genuinely concerned. We've been with him as our primary care doctor for 5-6 years and he is by far the best.

In particular, there is a nurse, Jackie. She is passive agressive, rude and argumentative. She is by far the largest detriment to his practice. She does not return calls, blames you, forcing you to prove her wrong. He's a great guy and provides good care but so do many others with competent friendly staff. I would consider other Drs

Horrible Doctor! Worst experience I have ever had with a Dr. Does not call you back, does not give you results of tests, NO compassion at all, and the office staff is not helpful at all. After trying for weeks to get results I gave up and went to another Dr who was fabulous, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS Dr!!!!

I am writing this review because there is not a specific choice to in the ratings to describe a now twice-occured issue with Dr. Nakamura. I am writng about treatment my mother Lillian Boise received. The particular issue is the promptness the Doctor and the office personell have given to requests for prescriptions. Both experiences have been terrible. The first experience took over 48 hours to respond for pain medicine needed after being released from the Clifton Springs ER. The second experience is currently on-going. It has been 72 hours since the initial request was placed for my Mom who required cough medicine. We are still waiting for a response. She is 88 years old and currently in an assisted health care facility and has a terrible cough. She has multiple health issues and the coughing problem is debilitating, Witing 72 hours for a prescription is ridiculous and shows a lackadaisical attitude towards my mothers cirrent situation.

Dr. Nakamura is an exceptionally compassionate Doctor as well as an excellent diagnostician. I have complete confidence in him.

When calling his office for an urgent appointments, he has none available. No direction is given as to what to do if there is an urgent need. Does not return phone calls.I would not recomment him.
