If you want something stronger for Pain than a Tylenol , or Xanax for anxiety forget it , also he is poor at prescribing something as alternative , Dr's are cheating customers now by limiting what they can prescribe ! Might as well go too an emergency care clinic ! For Tylenol therapy !

Great experience! My wife referred me and she was correct in saying he’s a good doctor. My first experience was yesterday and it was great. I went in for back pain and an infection from a cut on my finger. Not only did he listen to me but answered all my questions. He had blood drawn right in the office and also a urine sample. Didn’t have to make any extra trips to an offsite facility to get those things taken. Also got a tetanus shot and flu injection. The nurse RAQUEL was amazing to say the least. She appeared to be just a young kid about 19-20 if that but she knew her stuff. I didn’t even realize she gave me my first shot and the second shot I only realized because I looked over and barely even felt it. She also drew my blood and got the vein the first try and barely felt that. Truly amazing folks! I’ve had shots and blood drawn before over the years and it was never this painless. Thank you Dr. Burling and Raquel for the pleasant visit. The office staff was great too. All… happy smiling faces the whole visit. Great folks! Sincerely, Happy patient!

Dr. Burling is great, his staff not so much. Receptionists are rude and the nurse struggled trying to get my vitals.

Horrible service. The receptionist need to realize anything they say the people in the waiting area can hear. They need to be taught phone manners. The nurse spent more time in the room asking questions and was polite however the doctor seems to busy to even help. I called over a week ago to ask why we weren't referred somewhere closer to where we live and the receptionist acted mad that I was making them work and still haven't heard back to even explain why we have to drive over an hour away even though a doctor is in the same town that could help us. This place is a joke!

i am very unhappy with this dr. the rating on school has poor marks for teaching doctors knowledge. he does no impress me at all.

Was my first visit today. He seemed friendly enough. diagnosed my problem,said if I wasn't better to come back and see what we would need to do..

I have used this Dr. for almost ten years and he still doesn't even know who I am when I go into his office. He is arrogant, insensitive, and does not listen to his patients when they try to talk to him. "If it ain't HIS idea, it ain't gonna happen." I have had numerous other patients who have tried to get me to find a new dr., but I just kept hoping 'with age would come wisdom', but it never happened. His arrogance will never allow him to become a good, compassionate, or caring doctor.
