Dr. Christopher Ralph Reynolds, MD

You will not find a better ophthalmologist in my opinion. Dr. Reynolds is in a class of his own---outstanding knowledge, ethics, compassion, time spent in genuine care for the person before him and an extremely intelligent, down- to- earth person. His thoroughness and personable nature make the appointment very reassuring. It is a great feeling to not have to worry about your eyes after an appointment with Dr. Reynolds. Getting a doctor on the phone is very rare these days. I have called the very kind front desk women and Dr. Reynolds was on the phone about a question I had immediately. It was nowhere near an emergency but he answered my question thoughtfully. Very rare and I am a very grateful patient of his. He is well worth any waiting you do.

Dr. Reynolds is an exceptional eye doctor. My appointment went well and the staff was very nice.

I am see colors and everything is crystal clear after cataract surgery .most through Dr .I have ever been to .I call him a miracle man I only had one eye and he took special aftercare with me.best eye Dr ever!

Uncaring got hurt going in to his office by his door ( it closed on me) staff and Dr Reynolds could not of cared less.I had a bad foot injury he said I am a eye doctor not a foot doctor he was not carrying at all.

Dr. Reynolds is very detail oriented about his work and wonderful to work with. I couldn't ask for a more efficient and smooth procedure when I went for cataract surgery. The outcome was great and I would recommend him highly.

Dr. Reynolds obviously knows his stuff, and his nurse is great. The receptionists need a little help. I have never once walked in and been taken within 15 minutes of my appointment time. At least half the time (not exagerrating) when I leave and have to make the next appointment on my way out, the computers are down. Bedside manner is a bit dry, but that is what I prefer, so no issues with me, but some may not like it.

staff is either overworked or incompetent

I have been going to Dr. Reynolds from the day he came to New Milford, up to my last appointment, I was very satisfied.This last appointment, my eyes were dilated, I was sent back to the waiting room, I was told 15 to 20 min. One hour later I was still sitting there. I am diabetic and schedule my appointments so it will not be at a time for my meals. I did not get a chance to talk with the Dr. and had questions. I know my insurance will not pay for another visit so soon. I am so sorry this turned out in such a way.
