Dr Christopher Schmidt is an outstanding doctor. Professional and brilliant.

I am so thankful to Dr. Schmidt. I am a bit nervous and needed my ears cleaned so I could hear. He listened to me, cracked jokes and was able to distract me. Wearing bilateral hearing aids makes hearing difficult under the best of circumstances and he was terrific at explaining things to me so I could understand what was going on.

Dr. Schmidt was absolutely perfect in correcting what a dermatologist had done incorrectly. He makes you feel comfortable every step of the way and never rushes through any step of the process. FANTASTIC!

Dr. Schmidt got my daughter in at the last minute (on a Friday afternoon too!) due to a severe ear infection. Not only did he take the time to work her in to his crazy, busy schedule...he also wicked her ear so that the meds could get to the eardrum and she was feeling worlds better by Sunday! Thank you to this awesome doctor! He was funny, engaging, and had a great bedside manner that put her (and me) at ease. On a side note: I always read reviews left by other patients and noticed that negative reviews were not verbally substantiated. In a me-first-world, maybe these "unhappy" patients just did not get their way. As the saying goes, "you can't please all the people all the time". Take the time to read the positive reviews. You will not be unhappy with this doctor.

family member in need of surgery to save her life and i am so thankful he was on call that day,i do believe he was a major factor in saving her life,everything that he did looks so wonderful after 3 weeks .I do believe that you will hardly notice in a few more weeks.As far as we are concerned he WAS and IS the Absolute Best.

Dr Schmidt was highly recommend to me by my Dermatologist. The procedure that was required for my Diagnosis could not be done in office by my regular Dermatologist. Surprisingly the Doctor didn’t recommend any other Plastic Surgeons to go to except for Dr Schmidt he said my other option would be Moffitt hospital in Tampa. I asked the Doctor this , if I were your daughter who would you choose and without hesitation he said Dr Schmidt. Dr Schmidt truly care’s for his patient’s After surgery and while in the recovery room he sat down by my side . He told me that he spent extra time in taking his time in perfecting his work and how pleased and confident he was with the outcome. He was very empathetic with me. He gave me his direct number and told me to call if I had any questions or concerns during my recovery at home. I’m beyond impressed and very happy that I chose Dr Schmidt. By sharing my experience , I hope it helps you make your decision .

RUN AWAY and go to a Dr. in the villages or Lady lake!! Very bad service all around. If you don't want unreturned called and a lot of headaches from the run around that you will get here at Ocala Ear, nose and Throat. Waited over an hour in the room past my appointment time. etc not enough room here to say everything!
