Dr. Christopher Andrew Mantle, MD

Dr. Christopher Mantle displayed wonderful medical mannerisms. He and his staff did a thorough analysis of my otosclerosis condition and then provided alternative solutions to the problem. I do appreciate the time he invested with me. I recommend him highly.

Dr. Mantle is amazing, he corrected my sons tubes after another dr did a horrible job. The only issues I have is you can never get in to see him in a timely manner. My son still gets ear infections and when I try to get an apt its always a week or two out. We all know when you have a child in pain its not possible to wait that long.

Dr. Mantle has a great bedside manner and takes the time to explain and also listens to what you have to say or need to ask. His Receptionist are friendly , however his Nurse has no patience and has issues if you have memory problems and talks to you like a child? I can't take away from him because of her so 5 stars! I was seen in his Franklin Office.

Dr. Mantle is an amazing ENT! He put me back on the path of healthy vocal cords after a terrible Dr experience that extended my vocal trauma. I only see Dr. Mantle when necessary.... thankfully he referred me to vocal pros to help my cords stay healthy! He listens, is respectful, and remembers me, which is how Drs should be.

The phone system is a mess. Office staff was not helpful. The electronic sign in was a mess and not accurate. I was not able to update medications. Then was unable to add medical problems or add medication allergies. The wait time was ridiculous 1 hour to see Dr Mantle. then he was not prepared for my daughters appointment. He knew nothing about her medical history. When asked about her medical history I tried to explain about the electronic malfunction he did not care. His conclusion was thar my daughter needed surgery. We waited to schedule her surgery in the room as instructed by Dr Mantle. Twenty mintutes later I stepped out of the room to check on scheduling. The nurse Tammy was at her desk on her cell phone with a private call. After 3 days of waiting we finally had her surgery scheduled. Then to have his nurse call Tammy to say that Dr Mantle had to cancel her surgery because he was going on vacation. There were no apologies or concern that I has worked so hard to get off work… so that I could be there for my daughter. If you want a doctor that cares about your child stay away from Dr Mantle.

He took the time to call me with results of my tests on his own personal time. I felt like he cared.

Dr Mantle is very sweet and caring. I adore him and his nurse Amy. He seems very aware of current technology and treatment while still making you feel you are his "only" patient.
