Dr. Clare Elizabeth Foss, MD

I went to this doctor at the request of my primary care physician because there were several places on my face, nose and arms that my PCP felt had some texture and because I had previously had basal and squamous cell cancers removed from my arm and nose. She seemed completely uninterested in looking closely at any of the places. She merely glanced at them and told me they should be checked again in a year. The places on my nose are exactly like those removed previously, yet she felt they were nothing to be concerned about. She advised me that she would be leaving to move to Colorado in two weeks time so she would not be seeing me again. I don't know if this doctor had "short timers" attitude or if she is just so fabulous that she can glance at your skin and immediately know if you have a skin cancer. Maybe she is a good doctor but I left completely unsure that the places my PCP, whom I completely trust and who is very conservative in referrals and treatments, was concerned about,… were actually okay. Glad she's gone.

Dr. Foss is very professional and yet very compassionate at the same time. I am very happy with how she has helped me.
