He won't see you if you're on medicare. He won't see new patient that have knee replacement done by another doctor per his excuse. I think its because of medicare insurance low paying or he is not confident with his skills. Either way, avoid this surgeon if you want a decent doctor

Dr. Wolfe is kind and passionate about his patients care. His team is always available and they never rush you into unnecessary procedure. I have been a patient for 10+ years! Best experience ever!

Dr. Wulf takes the time to listen and understand BEFORE he determines the best course of treatment. He welcomes inquiry and responds with detail - making sure there is understanding. Many surgeons are technically gifted like Dr. Wulf, but very few possess his gift of making patients feel like family.

His assistant applied a cast that was four inches too short. I went elsewhere and it removed and applied correctly four days after Dr Wulf had it applied. Several physicians got a chuckle with how poorly Dr Wulf had applied my cast, just not me due to the pain of this entire appointment. Go anywhere but TCO!

Outstanding job by Doctor Wulf and his team. Prior to surgery everyone was very informative and did an excellent job on expectations and recovery procedures. Surgery went well and Doctor Wulf did a great job and his team was again excellent with my care and preparing me for going home and Physical Therapy. A great experience overall. I highly recommend Doctor Wulf and Excel Program.

In 2017 while treating with Dr. Bakker for a torn rotator cuff, I was referred to Dr. Wulf for my knees. X-rays revealed I was bilaterally bone on bone eventually requiring both to be fully replaced. I am 4 weeks post-op from my first replacement and I couldn’t be happier. Surgery was performed at the Crosstown Surgery Center, which is so much more relaxing and less complicated than a hospital. Dr. Wulf and his office and surgery team, all the way to the physical therapist, has a genuine interest in my well-being. Every single person in my treatment pod makes me feel peaceful. This is the same for Dr. Bakker and his team when treating my shoulder. For any orthopedic needs, I highly recommend using Twin Cities Orthopedics. When I go there for treatment, I feel like a close friend is doing all they can to make me feel better.

I had both ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair and have been extremely satisfied with the surgery, the recovery and the care received. I am still working on getting full function back (as expected at 10 weeks). I am pleased with my progress!
