Too busy? Appt cancelled upon arrival, no problem, I understand need for emergency care patients. 1. But unable to reschedule timely return visit. Nurse assures me echo normal - no return visit necessary. 2. Year later, office staff declare I'm no longer his patient due to my "no show." Not true. 3. Fix mixup, next contact bp sky high, need urgent appt. Left msg, no return call. 4. End of day I call his nurse back No appt avail for a month. He may be capable cardiologist, but my heart is happy I switched.

I highly recommend Dr. Siegel. He takes the time to discuss your concerns, results, progress and conditions. He is also prompt, I usually see him within 10-15 minutes of check in. He has been my Doctor for years, an excellent choice.

I was having a rather unusual heart rate and called Dr. Siegel's office to see if I could schedule an appointment. I was not his patient, but my husband is, and we are very happy with him as his doctor. Anyway, I called and described my concern, and I was called within a day and given an appointment of someone who had canceled. I feel much better after my visit with Dr. Siegel and hearing his opinion.

Dr. Siegel and the staff at this location are very Professinal, efficient and caring. I have been going to Dr. Siegel for a number of years and have always been pleased with his care and the entire staff at the Round Rock Office. I would recommend Dr. Siegel to my family and friends.

Dr Siegel was the on call Cardiologist when I had a heart attack the day before Thanksgiving. He was quick to treat me and has always been very responsive with my questions.

Dr Gilbert and Rebecca have assisted me with my heart problems. Diagnosis have be correct so far and the other staff member are nice and courteous when calling or speaking to them in person. I have told my friends about Austin Heart with positives about the good service I receive. Thanks to all.

Clair time was about 15-20 minutes . The drop down did not work correctly on my iPad.. No follow up was needed after visit.

These people were great. I need a last minute appointment for pre-op clearance, and they fit me right in. Everyone was so courteous and friendly.
