I found her extremely rude. I would not trust her to do surgery. I will find another surgeon.

She is amazing, since god put me in her hands I feel more safe and optimistic, the reason was because she is going to do excellent job, she care, love and is very professional. Thank you, good blessings for her.

I thought she was very professional in her diagnosis and thorough in her surgery. Her office however, is like a zoo. First your appointment is one time, then another. Sometimes they (individually) lied to me. Although I really like her as a person and a surgeon, I will find another doctor when I do need surgery. The office hassle is not worth the trouble;I think the problem lies in the fact that a few people must service too many doctors.

Dr. Lopez-Penalver is that rare surgeon who is not only very skilled behind the scalpel, but just as importantly at times, she takes the time to explain, inform, and care for her patients in a way that makes one feel more like a human being and less of a condition to be treated.

Office and Medical Assistants does not perform at the level of the Doctor-Surgeon, which is better than staff.

- I found that Dr Lopez-Penalver gave a very thorough examination during which she showed excellent bedside manner. She made me feel quite at ease. Also she answered my long list of questions with great patience and never did I feel that she was rushed. After surgery, I sent email with more questions and she responded in a very timely manner. Just last week I had a follow up mamogram and her office called with results even though I have an appointment to see her the following week. I highly recommend Dr. Lopez-Penalver. Also, both my sister and mother have had equally positive experience with her.
