Told after eight weeks waiting for appointment and frustrated over the phone that Richmond wasn't t a good fit for me because how could a small practice be so busy taking patients before I was scanned into their computer that they could not see me. Then it was Susan had a family emergency, then the excuse was its the pandemic. OMG! They are picking and choosing who they wish to see who is easy to treat and has private insurance! They advertise specifically for my medically history conditions...and I have an abcess open wound they cannot treat! They are telling me they are so busy yet I referred some else to them and they took them before me and I be been waiting for eight weeks. The person I referred had flu symptoms not covid. So they lied stating they are taking patients in order they were scanned into their computer. I put together crecords for transfer...they are not massive but a summary of diagnosis along with previous doctor s notes or comments. So it s taken "Susan"… seven weeks minus the excuse of a family emergency and the other seven week excuses we are very busy and its the pandemic to review my what five page records if that! The friend I recommended didn't t have the such long history I did and got right in they were so ooo busy don t ya know. So far they be done nothing but give excuses why they CAN T treat and they be lied about taking patients in order and they aren't as caring as their bullcrap website hikes them up to be! They can t handle someone upset on the phone with a very painful open wound frustrated about getting an appountment! Golly gee ..how do they deal with kids or patients in pain? oh I know we can t treat you because your in pain and are raising your voice in pain desperate to get treatment. Your not a fit for our practice if you raise your voice in pain. Omg! Have you ever heard of such a thing. I worked in MCHV Emergency Room and Labor and Delivery and if I told a patient to leave because they were raising their voice in pain I would have been FIRED! This is not a real doctor s office to be treated. It s a practice that wants easy patients with colds and kids shots and scrapes and bruises and sprains. These are the losers left over from medical centers that are afraid and unsure to treat people, the lazy third years residents and nurses that coasted or partied and didn't t do their research or work taking easy path! You could always tell the ones in the ER that were coasting through their three month mod and that were going to be family practitioners or vets or who didn't t make as nurses but became vet assistants to the vet who didn't t make it as a doctor! This is that group! Too lazy to read records and treat! Just excuses!

I switched to being a patient a couple years ago and during my last visit, he didn't know I had Lyme Disease and started arguing with me saying 'I was making it up' since 'it wasn't in my records'. I kept insisting it was there and so he went back through his own records and found it. He then did not apologize and brushed it off as nothing to be concerned with. With Lyme Disease, environment is important because electromagnetic environments causes Lyme to proliferate 600 times faster, according to leading mold and Lyme researcher Dietrich Klinghardt, MD, PhD. This means environment is an important component to my health. I tried to explain this to Daniel Goodyear because I needed a doctors note to have 4 electrical panels measuring over 100 milligauss from my bedroom wall. Instead of a doctors need, I got 'I will have to look into it' and 'I've never heard of this'. Really disappointing.

Dr. Goodyear and Kathleen are an amazing team! Kathleen always greets us with a warm smile. Dr. Goodyear is an outstanding physician and has excellent bedside manner, the two as a team can ease even the most anxious patients into feeling confident and calm.

When asking for confirmation needed for my family an myself. Dr. Good year wrote a letter saying I asked him to write a letter . wasn't helpful in the least. My care is low an results are always later an to the point my muscles hurt still. can't figure out nutrition is important for sure. I'm asking to get another doctor to get my needs met. Although staff is wonderful. I tend to want answers an help when I'm hurting all the time still. I don't get results an still suffer panic attacks. So must be my food an I eat great now. So looking for what I need an get to the facts.
