Dr. Daniel Lee Boyd, MD

I saw Dr. Boyd on Oct. 5th, and again on Oct. 14th, 2020. After discussing my treatment, he told his nurse to contact Wellness Pain Center and THEY would contact me about an appt. I waited almost 3 weeks without hearing from them, so I called his nurse and left a message on Oct. 28th, 2 weeks after my appt with Dr. Boyd. No reply. So, I stopped in the Wellness Clinic while in Oxford for another appt. on Nov. 4th. They told me they had only gotten the information on Oct. 28th. (the day I called the nurse.) They set me an appt. the following week..... I don't think that Dr. Boyd knew this happened, but think he should be informed of it. I have hard very good treatment under Dr. Boyd and will continue to use him.

Went to see Dr. Boyd due to pain in my right knee. After examination and Xrays he determined I had a miniscus tear and some arthritus. He sceduled surgery where he cut out the torn miniscus and scraped away some arthritus. After several months, and Dr. Boyd tellung me it was goung to take time to heal, I still have the knee pain. All the appointments and surgery were wasted time and money. I'll never govto this doctor again nor will I recommend him to anyone else.

My daughter had her ACL surgery and he used a new technique. We could see the difference right away from her sister's surgery done somewhere else. I was a nervous wreck about the whole thing. He was so kind and she is back playin better than before the surgery. I loved his assistant Anna too.

We were referred to Dr. Boyd by our coach and I checked out his certifications and found them to be of the highest in dealing with athletic injuries. My child had a complicated injury and Dr.Boyd got my son back to playing and he is having no difficulties. He worked with our trainer and made sure his rehab was done correctly. I would really recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr. Boyd for several years now, He has treated me for knee, shoulder, hip issues. I have had great results every time. Dr. Boyd is really good to take time during our visits to explain all the options. I would reccomend him to anyone who needs a really good orthopedic doctor.

This Dr. found a problem that two other orthopedist missed. I had surgery 6 months ago and I am back to full speed.

Dr Boyd helped me manage arthritic pain in my left knee for a couple of years then did a partial knee replacement 10 months ago. The surgery and recovery went well and I now push mow my lawn and walk as much want with no pain at all.

I was turned over to Dr. Boyd from another Dr. who was leaving town. I had surgery for a broken hip. I had a spiral break in 3 places,where a rod and some screws were put in. I went to Dr. Boyd and was X-Rayed each time, but there was never any hands on treatment to even look at the injury. I was in severe pain on one appt. and was told I would be given a cordizone shot. The nurse told me to lay on my good side, and he would be in shortly to give me the shot. I laid there for 20 mins. with nothing to brace my leg and finally got up and went to get a nurse. His nurse came in in 5 mins and said he would be in, it was another 5 mins before he came.He gave me the shot, without much comment. I left with as much pain as before. I went back for a couple more appts, until he said I was healed. I was sent back to physical therapy for 6 wks. when I said I didn't feel healed. I am getting my records sent elsewhere. Maybe I'll have better luck. I know it takes time, but this is 6 months… already. I only wish I could have had my original Dr.,But he is 2 and a half hours away. I can only sit to ride less than 1 hour, I hurt so bad.

I had taken my kid to 2 other orthopedist for child's injury. Dr. Boyd took a huge amount of time with my kid. He explained the injury in depth. Surgery and my child's rehab went great. They are back playing ball this year with no problem.

Dr. Boyd saw me promptly and answered a series of my detailed questions. I have had an excellent outcome with my surgery. I am in no pain and back to my regular activites. I would recommend this doctor and staff to all.
