He listens and puts you at ease. My problems have been relatively minor but he has given them thorough attention and clear explanation. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I went to Dr. Pereles for a rotator cuff tear consultation after another doctor had told me I needed surgery and seemed impatient when I asked questions. Dr. Pereles not only took the time to answer my questions, he also provided me with other options we could take before going straight to surgery. He seemed to take my love of exercise seriously (even though I am 60) and was very encouraging that I would be able to get back to much of it even if we end up going the surgery route. If you are looking for an expert who also treats you as a partner in your healthcare decision-making, I highly recommend Dr. Pereles.

Dr. Pereles is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain and answer all your questions. He is personable and has a great “bedside manner.”

Dr. Pereles takes his time to explain what is wrong, different options available, and is genuinely concerned about helping patients. Unfortunately for me, we exhausted all possible options and replacement surgery was required but I appreciated that surgery was the last resort.

I'm a long-time runner who has been seeing Dr. Pereles for treatment of various running-related injuries for many years. I've seen him for everything from muscle strains and tendinitis to a broken foot, and I've never been disappointed with his diagnostics or treatment plans. As a former runner and triathlete himself, he understands athletes and is focused on quickly resolving the problem you're having so that you can keep training or get back to training as soon as possible.

As an avid runner, I've seen Dr. Pereles a number of times over the years for a variety of overuse injuries associated with running. Each time his knowledge and skill has pinpointed my injury correctly and he has provided me with the best treatment to get me back to training and the starting line as quickly possible. Now am struggling with a painful frozen shoulder and weeks of prescribed PT to avoid surgery. Thankfully am gaining increased range of motion and appreciate his encouragement through this very long process. Dr. Pereles is a great listener and you don't feel rushed like in some office settings. His upbeat attitude in the office is motivating. His staff are professional and supportive.

I had arthroscopic knee surgery after which no physical therapy was ordered. This I have learned in the months since this was an error. Finally after months of pain and seeing another doctor who did order physical therapy my pain has been addressed. PHYSICAL THERAPY is vital and should be ordered ASAP.
