The doctor provided ineffective diagnosis and treatment in all situations. He insulted mental health concerns. He refused treatment of a major concern until a subsequent visit. His office refused to refer me to a specialist without an additional redundant office visit. He went against the opinions of his nursing staff on multiple occasions to my detriment.

This doctor is a nice man, but very ineffective in treatment. Staff has very poor follow up. Poor diagnostician. Is starting to go the way of other doctors in the valley, i.e. scant hours and pushing you to see nurse practitioners. I would look elsewhere for quality care.

Here is the reason why I am submitting a poor rating. I called over a week ago because I saw Dr. Wilson as a provider that accepts Medicare. You see my Mother is suffering from extreme swelling of her legs and is in some serious danger, without getting medical care. I wanted to find a Dr. I could rely on. So when I called your office, the office staff stated that either my Mother would receive a call, if accepted or a denial letter. Well my Mother received a denial letter but it never stated why she was denied. And now I am being told by your office that the Dr. is not required to give a reason as to why he would deny a patient care, that is so desperately needed. I understand if a Dr. has way too many patients to handle. I can accept denial but I would like a reason. Because I feel, and this is my opinion, that it's because she is on Medicare and many doctors don't want to treat patients who have Medicare because of the payment process or the rules and regulations associated with this… coverage. While I can accept the denial, I am not happy with Doctor's who will not provide reasons why and therefore appear to be hiding behind ambiguity. I would not recommend this office for anything. The aforementioned are my opinions.
