As a person over 60, I have been very careful about following the mask protocol everywhere I go.Before I kept my appointment with doctor Douglas, I called ahead to ensure that the staff and doctor would be wearing masks. The front office staff All had masks on.Doctor Douglas opened the door To the examining room And stepped in. When I saw that he had no mask,I asked him to stop and put a mask on.He refused.He said that I'd known him for 15 years and he's clean.I said that I'm clean too but I'm still wearing a mask. Please for me,Just put the mask on for the few minutes it takes to do my exam.I continued to beg And he continued to refuse.This all ended When he had his staff Walk me to the door and he told me to get out. i have a serious Breathing problem and now I have no doctor .When I consulted the management department, they said that they cannot make him wear a mask, that it he's right not to wear 1This whole incident has left me angry,Disappointed and bewildered.The worst part is… that I have no recourse.

Dr Douglas might be my favorite doctor ever. He takes the time to talk to you, to really listen to what your problems are and it is very apparent that he cares about his patients and wants to help. The office staff and shot lab are top notch too, hands down my favorite doctor and staff!

Dr. Douglas was so good with my Dad. Dad is 83 and been having issues for several years, even after sinus surgery. Dr. Douglas took his time with him and was very real down to earth. He was able to explain things so that we understood the test, what a short term treatment would be and long term. Very pleased!!

Takes time to talk to you without rushing you out

Dr Douglas is very passionate about his Patients. He will take his time with you so you may have to wait a little while if you want good service.
