Dr. Houston is the world's best doctor hands down. Above and beyond knowledgable. And a bedside manner other doctors should be trained by. I had seen several drs who all were trash for lack of a better word then he came into my hospital room and literally saved my life....... K.Sally

My experience with Dr Houstan staff was HORRIBLE. The office manager ANITA is very rude and very acts like we are totally bothering her at her job by answering the phone to greet the paying patients. This was my first time calling and wanting an appointment with Dr Houstan since I have a great referral from one of his peers. I will go back and inform the referring Physician that that was a terrible referral. If the office manager is rude to the patients then it makes me wonder how the Physician bed side manor with his patients are. I strongly suggest any patient calling a Physician office to observe the front office telephone manor because it is a Representation of the Physician and his work. Sorry Dr Houstan, the front office could really be hurting your business.
