Dr. David Walter Alway, MD

Dr. Always saw me while in the Inova hospital after an episode of potential TIA. He clearly explained his understanding of my issues, as well as questions he had regarding the cause of the episode. He ordered tests that may help elucidate the underlying problems. I wouldn't hesitate calling on him for any similar issues -- though, of course, I hope it won't be necessary.

Dr. Alway is not a caring doctor. He is really negative when it come to the patients recovery. He just want to push you into making drastic decitions. He doesn’t not visit the patients he doesn’t not give result himself.

After suffering several strokes, I was anxious to have an excellent, caring neurologist. Unfortunately, Alway was not this person. His "consierge care" seemed like a scam -- he would not visit me in my home and would only do quick phone calls. The first and only time I met him in person was at a spare room at a pulmonologist's office as he does not have his own office. No one took my vitals + the whole experience was not worth the extra consierge costs. I was very disappointed.
