Dr. David George Conyack, DO

Dr. Coynack is a nice and knowledgeable doctor. However, some of his staff are beyond rude. There’s the receptionist has zero empathy or compassion for anyone on top of being rushed off the phone. Once she pushes you off onto someone else, she instructs you to leave a message which never gets returned. I have left messages, my pharmacist has left messages as did my doctor and every one gets ignored. As nice as the doctor is, dealing with rude people who lack empathy, compassion as well as lacking basic work ethic skills, just isn’t worth it. Leaving patients in unbearable pain with no response back or care to fix a problem is completely unacceptable and inhumane. Simply put, Dr. Coynack is not worth the aggravation, pain and distress his staff causes.

The staff was awful. Three weeks to make an appointment. But the doctor is terrific. Very nice gent. Very bright.

Dr. Conyack is professionally capable. He has great bedside manner, and doesn't rush you. He knows what he's doing. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. conyack is a great doctor, the best. But some of his staff members sucks. They treat me like I was nobody. Specially is one of d nurses she always sleepy and yorning all d time. Never understand what I said and asking me again and still got it wrong. I think her name is didi or something like that. And there is 2 more wich I forget the names that doesn't have any consideration. I decided to look for another pain management with much pain in my heart because I really appreciate Dr. Conyack. He is so sweet and treat me with respect. I will miss him. Time for me to look elsewhere were d nurses really understand pain and suffering.

Conyack doesn't care about patients and doesn't listen to his patients. Wait time is always at least 2 hours past your appointment time. Office staff doesn't return calls and is too busy playing that's not my job to actually help you. I've faxed things multiple times and it says it went through but the office can never locate them.

David Conyack facility is filthy and messy. Conyack and his staff are arrogant, discourteous and unethical. Impossible to make an appointment over the phone, they don’t return your calls/messages. I had to go in person to make an appointment. I waited over 2 hours in the waiting room. I am a pet’s lover however, the doctor brought his dog (little French Poodle – visibly dirty) to the examination room and he placed him on the examination table. He did the most uncomfortable, rough and painful physical exam I ever had. He didn’t take in consideration that I was in so much pain, refused to see results of previous exams performed in the hospital and asked me to discard all medications prescribed by specialists because were “garbage”. On my way out of the room, the nurse told me to watch my steps because the dog urinated on the floor. LACK OF HYGIENE, SAFETY ISSUES AND UNACCEPTABLE PRACTICE. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone!!

This doctor knows his stuff! Top notch. Communicated in a way that I appreciated. Totally trustworthy.

Waited over 2 hrs in waiting room and 45 minutes in exam room. Horrible office staff. Called Dr 5 times after injection to ask a question and never received a call back. Although the injection helped me I will be going to another Dr for future visits. AVOID THIS OFFICE!!!

He told me after 4 visits that there was nothing he could do for me and to learn to live with the pain. After waiting well over an hour in the waiting room and then another 40 mins in the examination room, on one occasion he told me he would have to order the drug he needed to administer and to come back in 2 weeks. He did absolutely nothing, but made sure to bill me. On my last appointment, I told him my pain was an 8 or 9 on a scale of 1 to 10 and that it was debilitating. I now have to carry 2 canes with me at all times because I never know when the pain is going to strike. He told me there was nothing more he could do for me and to learn to deal with it. I told him I was going to get another opinion and he told me to call him and let him know how that worked out.

Took mother who is well into her 80s based on a referral. Mother is in tons of pain and it was a long painful journey to get her to the office. Was only able to see a NP which was disappointing. Nevertheless, we waited one hour in the depressing waiting room and became sad sadder and saddest until we finally cancelled the appointment and trudged home without seeing anyone. Very very very bad. In this case much more harm than good was the result. So incredibly frustrating. Please get it together.
