He seems to not like women and is incredibly full of himself. And trust me, I've been to a MULTITUDE of great eye doctors and belie me, he's not fit to step into any of their shoes. He needs to retire. Period. Do yourself a habit gfa or & don't buy into thrthe hype that this gut is a great doc. He paid for all of the advertisements around town, and that'd that's about the greatest thing you'll heat about him - from his own mouth. He's a TERRIBLE doctor!

....after waiting 1.5 hours for the appointment

He started with “I have explained this to you once.” Wow, I stopped him and cancelled my surgery. So glad this happened before surgery, I would not want to need postoperative help from this man.

Dr. Baker and his staff have been taking care of myself and my wife for at least 10 years. I have glaucoma and cataracts and my wife had cataracts. Between the two of us, we have experienced six surgeries, all successful. Cataracts are now history and after ten years of glaucoma, I can still see 20/20 with normal field of vision. One of the best things that my local Dr. did was to refer us to Dr. Baker.

I ended up seeing this doctor for an acute change , he has no personality including his nurse. I might give him a 5 for his pressed doctors coat! You might want to see someone else for a real doctor!

I was astonished to receive a bill after almost 8 years since the date of service!! Had I been billed in a timely manner I would have paid for the remaining balance after copayment and insurance had paid!! It’s not the amount they are requesting I pay it’s the absurd amount of time that has passed. I looked up the laws reguarding the statue of limitations for a provider to bill a patient for balance due after the date of service!! According to Arkansas law thesis is far beyond the time allowed. Totally Ridiculous!!!

Everyone talks about how good their vision is after cataract surgery, but it is not really true. I had surgery on my Right a few months ago and over all my vision is worst then it was before the surgery.

Site would only let me select 1hour+ for wait time when it was actually over 3 hours

Doctor who's overly nice and helpful until he gets your MONEY! THEN, don't even think of asking questions. He's EXTREMELY EGOTISTICAL!!

This Doctor was so unforgetably rude to my mother. He made her cry. He didn't even say hello or introduce himself when he entered the examination room. He may be a very intelligent competant doctor, but he made my mother feel like an idiot.If you can't be civil towards your patients, get out of the profession.
