Dr No and his team provide excellent care. He is always kind, listens well, and thoroughly examines my skin for possible cancer. He is the best!

I asked Dr. No to "zap" a few light broken blood vessels on the right side of my face, when I was in for a psoriasis check. I made a future appt to have this procedure done. At this next appthe said there were a few other small blood vessels scattered around my face. I agreed to have them done as well. That was all that was said about the procedure in the 2 appts. When he finished "zapping" me, he asked what my plans were for the rest of the day. I told him and finished by saying we were going to our daughter's "back to school" night. He then said, "I don't think so." When I asked why he indicated the marks left on my face. I said no problem, I would wear make up. He said, I don't think so. (Again). I didn't even think to look in a mirror until I got home. My face was FULL of purple spots!! (And I mean FULL) I tried for 2 weeks to cover it with make up with absolutely no success. I was very lucky that I was on vacation from my work...or else, I would have been sent home! Upon my… follow up, I told Dr No what I experienced and the length of time my face was even acceptable. He LAUGHED and said, "Oh, I didn't tell you how you would look?"...laughing the whole time. He's too cocky, self important and always too in a rush with patients. i will never go back.

He has very poor bedside manners. All of the negative reviews on here are describing him to the T. a month to get an appointment and his consultations are always rushed. HE prescribed creams for me and I haven't seen improvement. My skin is worse. I'm looking for a new dermatologist. He said that if I was concerned over my skin, I should use make up to cover it up!!. Looks like he loves patients that come in with expensive procedures! IF you care at all about your skin, go to a different dr. Please!!!

I had gone to Dr. No several years ago and was not happy. Due to insurance dictating who I see, I ended back at Dr. No's office recently.....hoping things had changed. A visit with him is like "wham bam thank you 'mam!" He can't wait to get the visit over with. As it was years ago, his visit with me was less than 7 mins---a very HURRIED 7 mins. He's condescending, rude, and abrupt. That's the end of him for me.

I just had my second visit to Dr No's office and it was just a pleasant and professional as the first visit. It is a beautiful modern office with a lovely skin spa. I had a facial and microderm abrasion and peel on my first visit and some freckles evaluated. My interactions with the staff members, esthetician and Dr No was excellent. On my second visit, 3 weeks ago, I had Dr No consult on Botox and fillers. He was very thorough and had a great bedside manner. He didn't push for me to do them at all but educated me on the options. I agreed to move forward with the injections. I am a big baby when it comes to pain and I found Dr no very calming. He moved very quickly and confidently and before I knew it, it was over and the results are subtle but amazing! I have had countless friends wonder what my secret is! Of course, I share my secrets is Dr No! I will be a loyal client of this very talented doctor.

needs to take Covered California will take exact same insurance if it does not have the sticker.

My 8 year old son had an unusual skin condition that our family practitioner could not diagnose so he referred us to Dr. No. I would not recommend him when dealing with children. He told me that my son needed a biopsy. He was abrupt and rude when he informed us. I then spent 45 minutes trying to calm my son down so that Dr. No could do the procedure - I regret that we didn't leave his office beforehand. The results came back inconclusive and now my son has a scar.

He has the tragic flaw of hubris, period

We found Dr.No on internet. His Harvard backgound sounds shinning. We made appointment, obviously we cannot get this shinning doctor, so they put us with his nurse practitioner. She subscribed me a type of cream after I told her I have very sensitive skin. After I put on the cream the first night, the next morning my whole face is red, puffy like a pig's liver! I feel pain and itch. This situation lasted for a whole week! I dare not put on anything, no moisture, no cream because I don't want it gets worse. After a whole week, the damaged skin starts to die and peeling off. Oh..finanlly. For my husband, she did not provide any special advice than our prime care doctore. Though we did take her advice and let her cut the bump on my husband's foot. The cut is so so, did not remove everything. And today we received a bill of $85. Because they charge way more than insurance would like to pay (And yes, they are in my insurance net work!) Never ever go back there.
