The rudest doctor I have ever seen. I came in because I thought my heel was broken. He informed me the x-ray machine was turned off, and only pressed on my foot to check what was wrong. He told me it was fine. As I was talking to him, he rolled his eyes and walked out slamming the door. I paid money to be ignored. I am now in a cast. Do not ever accept him if he walks into your room.

This doctor will educate you on everything you don’t ask! He also will tell you everything wrong you need to know about any existing conditions or diseases you have, even though you’ve lived with them for years! Also, he won’t let you get in any words, and don’t worry about keeping the conversation going because he LOVES to talk about everything he knows! HE KNOWS EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HUMAN BODY AND EVERYTHING THAT HAS EVER BEEN WRONG PHYSICALLY WITH ANYONE!! Oh and all of the doctors I’ve talked to previously and all research I’ve done is completely invalid! He will also be sure to take everything you’re saying as a threat! Oh and he will put his arm on the door holding it closed when you’re extremely anxious and the appointment is unproductive and you want to leave! AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO ENLIGHTENED AND I AM SO GLAD I PAID $30 FOR THIS MAN TO TELL ME EVERYTHING HE LEARNED IN MEDICAL SCHOOL CENTURIES AGO! If you want to hear someone talk arrogantly and… disrespectfully to you and belittle you into feeling anxious and shaky, GO TO MED EXPRESS IN FAIRMONT WV AND ASK FOR DR. ALLEN!!! Great guy. Loved the visit. WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE WHO EVER HAS ANY ISSUE EVER BECAUSE DR. ALLEN KNOWS EVERYTHING AND CAN EDUCATE YOU FURTHER!!

DR allen is awesome

Makes patients wait extended amounts of time for appointments. Prescribes medication endlessly. Unconcerned of patients actual medical condition. This is why I will look forward to Dr. Allen's medical investigation. WV needs to have more professional medical team and less drug pushers.

Very personable, good bedside manner, very professional and speaks in words that can be understood by the non medical person.Draws pictures to show problem areas and explain what problems are and how he intends to help correct them. Gives physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual care to his patients and spends time as needed to meed their needs. I feel I stuck gold when I found him as my physician.

Absolutely excellent. Very caring and professional. Often goes above and beyond the call of duty!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Allen's my entire life, even when I was a small child.

Good caring Christian doctor--even makes house calls on occasion if warranted. Can't find that often! Very competent and professional,but down to earth-he even rides a motorcycle to work.
