I waited 2 1/2 hrs in waiting room and he talked to me for 2 minutes

Dr. Miller has treated my chronic right hand pain for about 2 years. When I come in he has reviewed my file and re-familiarized himself with my condition and shows sincere concern. On those occasions an injection is warranted his staff has prepared th medication and equipment quickly. The injections have been very effective and he has provided valued advice on joint replacement. He does not rush one into surgery. He has earned my trust.

Waited over an hour to be seen for less than 5 minutes. When I brought up concerns that I was still having with my injury he did not address them and brushed them aside. He may be knowledgeable, but I find it unacceptable that my provider does not listen to my concerns.

He is amazing! His staff …outstanding!! Came prepared to our appointment - had reviewed history, labs & records. He came prepared. Spent quality time on diagnosis, recommendations & next steps. Was attentive, articulate, answered my questions with empathy & in simple terms to insure I understood. Dr Miller initiated collaboration with my personal team of doctors so he could offer me the best options to make an informed decision about my surgery. His expertise in traditional surgical & latest proven innovative procedures widely in Europe reassured me he had the training, knowledge, skills & experience to conduct the surgery flawlessly. All of this has reassured me he is a surgeon I can trust. His staff was exceptional in every way. Great communication skills, wonderful patient care, & helpfulness in preparing/scheduling required documentation & appointments for a smooth surgical procedure! I especially loved the fact that he came with two medical students to observe patient care… in action. Under his leadership I am assured we will have doctors that understand not only medicine - but most importantly patient care. I am fortunate & so appreciative to have been placed in his care. You will too!!

Dr Miller and his staff are excellent. They diagnosed the multiple issues with my hand, made sure I understood the different problems, gave me a brace to wear for the arthritis, information on another issue and finally a shot for the tendonitis. I followed up with them 3 weeks later and my hand is feeling great. They recently operated on my husband's hand and he is doing very well. I loved the fact that Dr. Miller let my husband decide when he needed to get it done, not the doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Miller to anyone who has a hand or elbow issue.

Dr. Miller is a great surgeon and an amazing human being. He is extremely kind and courteous. His wealth of knowledge made me feel safe and comfortable from the moment he walked through the door. Despite being a very busy practice, he took the time to listen to my every question and educate me on my tendon issue. He has performed several surgeries for our family and we have always been very pleased with both the process and the results. If you have any hand or elbow related issues, be sure to consult with him. You'll be glad you did!! Additionally, everyone in the office has always been really pleasant and efficient. The entire staff is just amazing.

Dr. Miller has performed three procedures for me - each one has been an excellent experience. Hopefully I will not need further work done anytime soon but if I do, I will certainly use Dr. Miller.
