You may have to wait, but she is the best

Dr. Raice is an amazing caring doctor. As others have noted, it is unfortunate that she has such a long wait time. I feel however the wait is well worth my time as Dr. Raice is thorough and extremely accurate in her diagnosis and also a good listener which few doctors are--she looks at the entire picture and has more than once found a problem that my regular GP did not pick up--so thumbs up to Dr. Raice and bring a book to read.

It is unfortunate that there is such a huge discrepancy between the professionalism of Dr. Raice and the sheer ignorance, arrogance, and incompetence of her office staff. They have taken on a role far outside the realm of their responsibilities as receptionists. One man in particular makes it a point to make everything from getting an appointment to obtaining medical records as difficult as it could possibly be. I am changing doctors because dealing with the staff so often has turned me off the practice entirely.
