Dr. Deborah Ann Ronco, MD

I am a cancer patient and need to have a yearly checkup for breast and vaginal lesions. After a lengthy checkin on an ipad the clerk classified the visit as a wellness visit and demanded that I pay $70 prior to being seen. I was a new patient to this practice and told the clerk that this was not a routine wellness checkup because of my cancer history. She refused to listen. I elected to walk out and not be seen as it appears that the practice wants cash rather insurance reimbursement.

Asked for a new consultation and the receptionist booked it as an infertility appointment. Doctor then treated it as infertility so insurance denied it. They never told me Humana isn't in their network either. Then they wouldn't give me a print out to bring to an in network lab because they convinced me the lab they use will eat the cost if it's not covered. They now are billing me for this and saying they never said that. So I'm now having to pay out of pocket for the entire encounter because they lied and are covering up for it. Don't go here! It's a shame because the doctor seemed nice.

Dr. Ronco is the best doctor ever in my opionion. She has always been so considerate of my feelings,my concerns, and every health issue I have faced. She has such a kind way about her, that she has become a trusted friend, whom I have the uttmost respect for. If you are looking for an OB/GYN, there is none finer than Dr. Ronco!
