Dr. Benjamin is very patient with my mother. She is really confortable with him. He listen and is very concern about her overall health.

The office staff is a huge problem. They do not care about the patience they act as if you are bothering them when you go to check in. They are very rude. I have spent a week trying to get a refill on prescriptions. The main prescription is a live or die situation and the staff and doctor acted as if it was a bother to handle it.

Dr. Benjamin was very thorough, patient and gentle with my elderly mother. He listened quietly and patiently whenever she was speaking and gave her the time she needed. He did a full assessment of her medications and updated her treatments, reducing the need for some of her medications and reducing the overall cost of all her prescriptions. He also called us to follow up on how she was doing, which we really appreciated. His nurse Francis was very pleasant and easy to work with as well.
