Dr. Barajas and her team are the best! From our first meeting, she was very thorough, and explained her plan for treatment in detail. She is very compassionate and caring, and we are very comfortable and trusting in the decisions she has made regarding care for my diagnosis. During the most devastating time of our lives, Dr. Barajas was there! Thank you!

Dr. Barajas is a wonderful and compassionate surgeon who I highly recommend. Going in with a cancer diagnosis is scary, but she is very patient and takes the time to explain everything and answer any questions. I felt very comfortable and confident after discussing my diagnosis with her. And her staff is very kind and supportive in any way necessary.

Dr. Barajas and her entire staff are exceptional. She is extremely knowledgeable and took the extra time to thoroughly walk me through the analysis, treatment plan and next steps so I could make informed decisions regarding my care. Additionally, I had an entire team supporting me from the front desk team to the nurse patient navigator to the social worker, etc., all of whom are caring and service-oriented. I couldn't have made a better choice for me personally, and would highly recommend Dr. Barajas to others.

You will not find a better doctor than Dr. Barajas. Between her and her team they make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Barajas is kind, compassionate, a great listener, and truly cares about her patients. I have been a patient of hers for 3 years and cannot thank her enough for all she has done. I trust her and her team and know they have my best interests at heart.

Dr. Barajas worked me into her schedule within 2 days of my biopsy report when I was unknown to her as a patient. I was also worried she would try to convince me to do treatment I did not want (mastectomy) as I'd had a bad experience with another hospital 3 yrs ago. But she was so kind, listened patiently to my wishes and ensured me that she was there to support me. She did not try to coerce or badger me into doing a mastectomy, but suggested further testing (Breast MRI, consult with radiologist) so I could have more information to make the right decision for me. I left her office feeling calmer and trusting she would respect my decision. In addition, the entire Griffin Breast Center has a beautiful serene atmosphere and free parking is right outside the entrance. Every staff member has been friendly, efficient and helpful, making the experience less stressful.

Dr Barajas is an excellent surgeon. Very caring and very good bed side manner. Her staff is so nice. Very welcoming. She takes her time and I never feel rushed with her.

Excellent Breast Surgeon. Provides excellent service. She's answers all your questions and she has excellent bedside manners.

Dr. Barajas was recommended to me by my ob/gyn when I discovered a lump in my breast. If not for this recommendation I likely would not have sought out a surgeon at Griffin Hospital. She is quiet, caring, delicate with her words, & spends a good amount of time with the patient and family members to explain your surgery options and the process. My lumpectomy was a 100% success and her skill and attention to detail is clearly evident by the fact that I barely have a scar on my breast ! The staff at her office are very friendly, helpful and caring too. The only thing I didn’t like about her is that she was the one who called to say “We see some cancer” :-( No one wants to hear those words, but I would definitely recommend Dr. Barajas to anyone who wants to have a seasoned, respected surgeon on their medical team.

Very caring Dr.! Did not feel rushed and answered all my questions with compassion. She is a wonderful Dr and surgeon. I know that I’m in good hands. Her staff is also so nice and always make you feel really special.
