Dr. Denise Kett Lautenbach, MD

Dr. Lautenbach is just too busy! She doesn’t make a call herself to a patient, never has in my 10 years with this practice, contrary to many other doctors. She is a fine doctor, but that is not enough; you need to be able to reach and speak to your caregiver. The worse though, is that her nurse is rude, arrogant, borderline abusive, and I have heard this from many other patients. It is the last thing one needs when in period of stress. It is enough for me to change doctor’s since I have no desire to subject myself to this kind of behavior. Dr. Lautenbach is aware of this issue, but nothing seems to be done to counter it. Too bad! I have been privileged to be Denise Lautenbach’s patient for over 10 years. She has never given anything but kind, knowledgeable and frank care and advice. She’s on top of all the newest treatments, fads, or whatever comes up. A devoted team runs the practice. In looking up the office phone number, I came across this single star of bad service, an unsubstantiated review. I am countering this because, although I am sorry that the single reviewer had some sort of bad experience or misunderstanding, my family, over twenty years, has only received excellent care, service and advice from Dr. Lautenbach. No wonder she cannot accept new patients with her loyal following. VITALS should not just post a single bad review without full knowledge of the doctor or balance. I will never trust recommendations from this website.
