Dr. Dennis D Botelho, MD

Dr Botelho retired about a month ago. My wife and I were not happy to see him go. He was a caring Dr who actual listened to you. He usually spent more time with you than he was paid for. We were with him for about 27 years. We will miss him greatly. Looking for a new primary is turning into a task. A lot of Doctors are not accepting new patients. I'd like to stay within CharterCare. Dr. Botelho was one of a kind.

my cvs waits days for dr to respond to there needing a script or dont repond at all

very difficult to get a referral, if you need one.

Seldom is one seen in a timely manner. The wait can sometimes be long BUT once you are seen, Dr. Botelho gives you all the time and attention you require. He will take the time to answer all your questions. There is never a sense of being rushed through the appointment. I'm most pleased to have him as a PCP. The staff is exceedingly helpful, curteous, and friendly unlike some medical staffers eslewhere. Phone calls are promptly returned.

Dr. Botelho spends a lot of time with me and provides a lot of education relative to my health issues. He is very friendly, warm and caring. I've never had a doctor who spent this much detailed time with me until I became a patient of Dr. Botelho. The wait time in his office is long and that is the only downside of my experience with his office.
