1. Was told by Dr. Hook that, in her words, my treatment for breast cancer would be “easy peasy”. 2. Communication was harried, inappropriate, and incomplete. 3. My experience with Dr Hook was outstanding. My lumpectomy, lab results and future diagnostic testing plans were clearly explained. The surgery itself was exactly as she described and one week after removing the mass I can already tell there will be little to no scarring or change in the shape of my breast.
