This is in regards to requesting medical records for a patient. The office staff is rude, talk’s disrespectful over the phone, hangs up when asked questions. It is a disgrace how you treat other hospitals caring for your patients.

Rude, not friendly at all. Had a very traumatic visit today for both, my son and I. Wonder why someone so rude choose to be a pediatrician. I arrived 20 minutes earlier for a 10:30am appointment, the door was locked, I knocked a man came and asked me what I wanted, I said my son had an appointment at 10:30am, he asked what time is it I answered '10:10am", then he said that they were not open yet, I asked if we could wait inside (it was quite hot outside), he said no and locked the door again. This was my worst experience ever, not professional at all. As a cancer survivor I've been in lots of medical offices and clinics. Even when I was trauma very depressed, I was always treated with respect and kindness. Dr. McLaughlin goes against every ethical and professional rule. She is aggressive with words even in front of my kids. She is a bully and should seek for psychological help. I felt discriminated, oppressed and threatened. Will never return to this place and won't… recommend them to anyone

I would honestly never recommend this office for anyone's children unless you would like to be treated like you're some scumbag parent. They are rude and no one knows how to do their job. They will make you fill the same paperwork out five times and lie to your face. And the worse thing is all the doctors in that office are not on the same page. They all tell you different things and say you should not listen to what the other doctor in that office told you. Very Very unprofessional and unwelcoming.

I have been going to Dr. Diana ever since my daughter was 2 years old, my daughter is now 10 and I now have son who comes to her office as well. Dr. Diana always treats my kids with gentleness and kindnesses. Dr. Diana always asks questions to my oldest, about her school and life and genuinely cares because every time we come back she always asks about past things my daughter had told her previously. The office staff is also very nice and are very accommodating whenever I need to make an appointments. Overall, I really love Dr.Mclaughlin and her staff and recommend her to everyone.

My Review... Unbelievable, not in a good sense. My Grand Daughter (4yo) had an acute respiratory condition. She had been around my grandson who was diagnosed 5 days ago with RSV. When my daughter sought care they told her she could not be seen without paying 100.00$. My daughter is a single mom( not office's fault) and does not make a habit of using Medicare.It expired 2/29, however she applied prior to and had not received the newest card. When I asked if the agency could be called to verify the office staff put me on hold. Dr Mc Laughlin got on the phone asking me if I was wanting her to be seen for nothing...$ wise. I stated " no" that she would be paid. Dr McLaughlin informed me she could not be paid after, that (Medicaid) they will not pay retroactively. When my daughter came home she looked up her case and it said " ACTIVE" as of 3/1... Given wrong information!!! I was asked if I had a credit card to pay. I stated " yes, but my husband was out". I was then asked " if when he came… home I could call with the number and they would see my Grand daughter". I am an RN who has seen people receive care that is started ( financial process) on admission to a hospital.. Illegals too. I was told "they were a private practice and received nothing from the government". We WERE NOT trying to get free care... You can't tell me free care has never been given.. I have no proof, but highly doubt it. Like I said '"No Proof". This was unbelievable, as my children ( 4 total) and Grandchild have seen her. My son started at 10, he is now 26... Not getting pediatric care. (Lol) NEVER ONCE DID WE NOT PAY.. I've even sent people to seek care from her for their children... Currently, I have twin 13yo's who are seen at the practice. I am so appalled by this " can you call later about money" that the practice is now 3 less patients. That may be no big deal, but I will never again send friends there... I would never slander the physicians, but my grand daughter's sickness could not wait for the " NEW CARD"... One call could have made the difference. One call is not too much, as I have witnessed calls made to insurances. I understand physician's are not reimbursed as they should be, but we WERE GONNA PAY AND MADE THAT CLEAR. Dr McLaughlin knows how I've been. Never tried to NOT PAY. PS- My daughter just moved from Pa to Fla and benefits have not kicked in. She is single, no support. Grand Daughter NOT SEEN BECAUSE HUSBAND NOT HOME!!! Sorry his Birthday... Totally ticked off. Would not recommend . We have given 16 years of PAID FOR CARE... Wonder if All Have done the same... No, No,No more care!!! We will seek care elsewhere.

The ladies from the front desk were very offended about the fact that my mother had a bad day, and asked for a receipt for missing a schedule appointment at the last minute and needed to pay. And commented to her saying because she didnt want to be charge again like it happened to her last time and they forced her to pay again. A lady who was in the waiting area asked my mother if they really do that and she answered her with yes they made a mistake and forced me to pay once again. The lady argued with my mother about it for telling others false rumors when it wasnt and last time i checked she was answering a question. This lady only worked here for 2 years and we been going there for many many years since we were toddlers and we been quicked out over a very rude and offended front desk lady.

Dr. Diana McLaughlin is the most amazing doctor. She found a Heart problem on my baby when he was just 2 months old. My baby had heart surgery and is now doing very well. The heart specialist told me that most pediatricians would not be able to detect my babyâ??s heart condition until they were much older. They told me to always stay with Dr. McLaughlin because she is very special. I agree. She is awesome. Dr. McLaughlin will always be my babyâ??s pediatrician.
