Dr. Diane Hermanie Mainwold, DO

Dr. Mainwold is the best. After seeing/knowing her for over 22 years, she is very knowledgeable, understanding, friendly and gives her time. I have never left her office with questions or concerns. She cares about her patients.

Dr. Mainwold took the time to dig into vague MRI results even getting the radiologist on the phone. Took the next steps for greater information to better diagnose and provided referral to specialist. She always takes the time to listen and takes action to gets results. I have never felt rushed or that my concerns were not the greatest ones in the room at that time.

Dr. Mainwold always takes the time to discuss questions and concerns focused on your total health and not just your lady parts.

Be prepared for long wait times (which has been an issue for years and only gets worse each year. Don't complain though. Know you're a number, everything will be fine until you take up more than 20 min of their time. They will then act like you're a nuisance. The nurses have egos as big as the Dr Mainwold. If you complain, you will be told to go elsewhere. Rather than be empathetic about your complaint, or really look into a solution, you will be told you're the problem. I have never been treated so horrible as a patient or customer anywhere. If you're not in the business of caring, and treating in a professional manner, than you're really just in the business of wasting people's time, and billing them to do so.

Doctor is knowledgeable but her overall bedside manner was not great; seems perturbed and becomes brusque if you come in with questions. Staff was always very helpful. Getting a convenient appointment can be difficult due to doctor's limited patient hours during the week.

Dr Mainwald spent time with me and answered all questions and made some recommendations about my general health also - such as bone density and other issues. Outstanding

Wait time exceeds the norm. In lobby/waiting area and in exam room. I always get to my appt early to fill out necessary paperwork, and I still end up waiting another 45 minutes to an hour to get called back to exam room. Also have a 15 minute wait time in exam room.
