Dr. Donald Parker Robertson, DO

Reluctant to comment very much. Does not listen. Makes decisions without asking questions. Withholds meds. Prescribes necessary meds.The list goes on so I will just say DO NOT trust this guy.

Not to keen on the new asante partners addition. Takes longer than it used to to get through for appointments or just speak to the medical staff now. But the staff and the doc are the best I have ever had in all my 75 years. I can't say enough about how well they have taking care of me over these last 20 years or so. More patients means a little longer wait but it is worth it as the doc always spends as much time as it takes to hear all your concerns and get you fixed up right.

My fiancee was a longtime patient of this doctor. When his father died he was having anxiety and sleep difficulty. Asked for a temporary medication to get through the first month and was completely blown off and tols "you'll be fine and you'll get over it". Are you kidding me?!?! Will NOT go back to him ever. The nerve to blow off somebody who is seeking help after a death and essentially tell them to suck it up. Yeah, that's great after 2 weeks of barely any sleep and being on edge all day. Prior to this event the last few visits the doctor seemed to mistake him for someone else and couldn't remember any of his medical history and had to be reminded of all of that. Maybe consult the chart before walking into the patient's room so you can have a knowledgeable conversation.

I'm always at ease when I visit Dr. Robertson. He's caring and knowledgeable. His great personality makes the visit much less painful!
