She might be good but she is afraid of many things the way she makes her faces reacting to your pain scares you . Her office is staffed with morons like Cheryl who is not at all bothered about patients . Both dr and her staff do not have compassion empathy or even iota of belief on patients .

Suffering with ‘flu like + Strep Like’ symptoms and burning up with fever, she was very analytical , direct and take charge with a great ‘bed side’ manner. I was impressed

Was calling to be reinstated;I called that Monroeville office; spent 25 minutes on the phone with them; spelling out every piece of info of mine for them; just for them to tell me she isn’t accepting new clients and first appointment is in Jan

Look no further. Dr Wilhelm hands down is the best doctor I ever met and I am in heath care. She is caring, excellent clinician and what a memory for detail. My entire family goes to her and would travel many miles to keep her as my doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Wilhelm for at least 2 years and I found her to be a very thorough doctor. She takes the time to explain things to you in an understandable way and she also takes the time to listen to what you are saying. I hope I never have to change doctors!

She a great doctor

I have been with Dr. Wilhelm for several years. In fact, I moved with her to her new practice in Monroeville because she is one of the most thorough doctors I know. I feel she really is attentive to my needs and thorough in her questions and exams. She gives me her full attention and spends as much time as I need. I never feel rushed. The office staff is pleasant although a bit disorganized.

Complete disappointment with this Dr and the office staff. My husband and I are new to the area and were looking for a good family doctor that we could trust and stick with. Well everything I read sure fooled me. Both my husband and I had nothing but bad experiences. First, we arrived early for both of our appointments. The receptionist asked us where our paperwork was that we received in the mail and looked at us like we were stupid because they never sent us anything. When I went back for my appointment, the doctor proceed to drill me on why it took me so long to find a family doctor. In the meantime she sat and was texting or whatever she was doing on her phone. She then asked about my medical history and repeatedly grilled me over several things because I couldn't remember things from when I was in elementary school. After about and hour of frustration, I was able to check out. Where I was told I owed nothing. A week later a bill shows up. I was called by a nurse about results,… completely confused because I don't understand every medical term. I had some tests and things done for a medical condition, where they proceeded to call again and tell me I needed to go to the local hospital for something special. I was told THEY were sending everything over right after they got off the phone. After 2 weeks of the hospital calling me asking for my tests and such from my doctor's office, I found out that they never followed through and that I had to go PICK UP everything I needed. Needless to say, this was a disaster from the beginning and I should have walked away after she sat there playing on her phone. I would NOT recommend this doctor or company to anyone!!

after yrs of trying to get help with a medical problem, dr whilham was able to set me up with a specialist right away. She also kept up with my treatment.
