Horrible experience. Went to old location for appointment. ( never got notification because they had my address typed in wrong) Hurried to new place, was there by 10 after. Had to wait on check in staff for 5 minutes while they chatted about personal things before they made it to their work place. Then I was told my ID was expired and I had to go to my car to get my new one. When I got back I was told that I was too late for my appointment. I was already a week without my depression meds which I tried to explain with no compassion! I came back Monday and Dr was clearly rushing through the visit. Labs were ordered and without even asking me I was told to go down to the Lab on my way out. My Insurance has me go to another facility for lower pricing, but that wasn’t discussed. Very unhappy!!!

Well this is my second time with her and I love the fact that she listen and her staff is good as well.

I have been going to Dr Dorothea for years she is a great doctor! And has a great bedside manner, and truly cares about the well being of her patients I would recommend her to anyone.

Wonderful listening skills and caring. Very lucky to be a patient!!

As always, Dr. Dorothea, makes time to check my list of issues and do what needs to be done to keep me healthy. Even though, she was busy the day of my appointment; she didn't miss a beat. I walked out feeling good about the progress I'd made and her efforts to keep me achieving good health. I thank God for Dr. Dorothea.

I love her she is very nice, courtesy and she cares about your needs. She is a good listener. I would recommend her to anyone.
