For a while I thought this doctor and his staff were incompetent, but now I realize they simply do not care. If you’re being treated by Dr. Carasco, you might as well just pick out your headstone now.

Takes forever to get seen, be prepared to sit around for a couple of hours and then all you get is a referral to see another doctor. This place is super slow.

I like Dr. Carrasco, his staff is nice, but the wait times to see him is ridiculous. I had an apt at 11:15 did not get called until 1pm, did not see the doc until 1:45, got out of the office at 2:30. This has happened multiple times. He is not considerate of peoples times and over schedules patients. It takes too long to see him. Changing Doctors.

I have been going to Dr Carrasco for years. He is very nice. But it was a 2 month wait to get an appointment and yesterday I had a 2:15 appt with just 2 patients in front of me. I finally left at 3:30 as he wasn't finished with his 2nd patient yet. Its easy to see the nurse practitioner but I want to see the doctor sometimes. I gave up. Got another doctor today. There was also confusion with the staff with them telling me they called me to change my appointment but me never receiving the call. I showed up but had to reschedule, which was another 2 month wait and the above happened.

YES HE HAS A WAIT BUT YOU WAIT FOR GREAT SERVICE BEDSIDE MANNERS ARE EXCELLENT. STAFF IS CARING AND WILLING TO HELP

Read the above comments. Similar experience. I too fear for the patients under care in this office. Also, the office staff is rude, impatient and disorganized. Wait time for my elderly mother is usually 1:30 minute minimum. A 2:00 appointment has her leaving the office at 4:40. Looking for a new doctor.

THE BEST DOCTOR I'VE HAD IN 20 YEARS!!! Dr Carrasco spent 15 minutes for each of my visits and couldn't have been more thorough. His bedside manor is excellent and had a constant smile on his face. Highly recommended.

Good doctor, spends time with you, however takes around 2 months to see him. I see the nurse practitioner now and get in sooner. Have to go to urgent care for emergencies. Has a portal where you can see your lab results and you can communicate with them on the portal.

The wait time is very long, some of the staff members are polite. Never saw the doctor. always the nurse practitioner. Bedside manner is fine if you agree with everything they say, but if you suggest an alternative method; she becomes rude.
