Never sees patients....constantly monitors phone and tells a different story when you do get a few minutes with him. I think he confuses his patients

I totally agree with the other reviewer. This doctor is a doctor in name only. He is never available to see patients. It is always a nurse on his staff. Cancer is a serious disease, patients want to ask a doctor their questions.

Dr. Heldreth is a doctor in name only. He is not present in cancer treatment options. My Mother is being "treated" by him for stage 4 lung cancer. In the appointments I've attended with her, he has not been present. The last appointment we learned that the chemo she's been receiving has been ineffective, and a new treatment was being ordered (immunotherapy). Dr. Heldreth was not present for these discussions or questions. He is a doctor in name only. He is not an active participant in his patient's treatment. Very disappointing. Look elsewhere.

Dr. Heldreth and his PA Bonnie are terrific. Just started working with his new PA Karen and she seems great also.

This man is wonderful. He is always on top of your file and knows exactly what he is doing and what you need. My husband was his patient for many years for pernicious anemia and followup PSA tests after prostate cancer. He finally sent us on to another doctor, as we had no need of his in-depth services (his office is VERY busy!).
