I visited the ER and I saw Dr Caldwell. This Dr has zero bedside manners. He acted as if I was wasting his time and didn't let me explain my symptoms. He insisted in giving me pain medicine, when I told him several times that I didn't want any. We don't need "doctors" like him.

I went in to the emergency room at NCH, and Dr. Caldwell treated me with a lot of compassion and professionalism. He ordered tests quickly and explained the results to me. I was happy with my ER visit and I hope if I need to ever go again he is the Dr.

I understand ER is busy but lacks any bedside manner. Acts as if I wasted his time. Argued with me and belittled me.

Dr. Caldwell gave me a lot of reassurance and took very good care of me. I was seen quickly and he took his time to explain my labs.

Assumes everyone is a drug seeker! Sent my wife home awhile back with intestinal blockages which required surgery the next day at another hospital. Now..I see he is a FAA Medical Examiner! FAA needs to re-evaluate that decision!

Visiting the Er is never ideal. Dr. caldwell was wonderful in his treatment and caring bedside manner despite my visit so late into the night.

Spent a great deal of time with me explaining my blood work and bone density issues. Even drew diagrams for me to understand. Very approachable.
