You’re directed to another state with an automated system that dies not work. When you try dr Robbins office again they give you another number - only to learn the billing office is closed (for no apparent reason - not a holiday or after hours)

I have several conditions that have to be managed by this kind of doctor. They are chronic and are managed by medication. Recently I had an appointment scheduled. Two days before they called me to cancel it because the physicians assistant had a death in the family. They told me there was nobody that could see me. I have a very difficult schedule as I am responsible for two elderly family members and work full-time so I was not able to immediately reschedule. A few weeks later I needed a refill on my heartburn medication. The lady in the office told me they would not refill it until I came in. I reminded them that my recent appointment had been canceled by then. They did not seem to care about that and told me I could purchase my heartburn medication over-the-counter until I did come in. This of course will cost me triple the amount that it would as if it was filled through my insurance. I found this extremely upsetting and inappropriate. They were extremely rude to me. They are the… ones that canceled my appointment. I will not be returning to the office and hopefully the doctor realizes what terrible staff he has.

I have been going to Dr Robbins for quite a few years. My conditions are managed by medication but there’s a little else they can do and they’re not really going to change . I was not able to immediately reschedule. Then I needed a refill on my heartburn medication. It was denied to me since I had not come in. When I reminded them that they canceled my appointment the receptionist got ugly with me and told me I could purchase my heartburn medication over the counter until I could come in. That of course is at a much greater expense to me. I found this completely inappropriate and will not be returning to their office. They canceled my appointment and then we’re extremely rude to me. Hopefully the doctor realizes what bad office staff he has...

From blaming the doctor who referred me to their office for scheduling appointment with a physician's assistant when the referring physician had had actually scheduled the appointment with Dr Robbins, to dealing with a rude and insolent physician's assistant, to being told by the office manager, Judy, that doctor Robbins does not call back patients, this was the worst experience I've ever had in a physician's office. In 61 years I have never done a post on any physician practice. There are many better choices. Go somewhere else.

Dr. Robbins is professional courteous, kind and caring. I am glad I found him, and am getting much better following his diagnosis and recommendations. I appreciated him taking the time to review my medical history and listen to my concerns. Physicians are human beings trying to do their best to diagnose, sometimes complex health situations. The health issues related to the digestive system are proving to be some of the most complex. I am glad I found a doctor who is knowledgeable, and staying abreast of current research.

I wouldnt go to anyone else. EXCELLENT Doctor!

nothing but the best from doctor robbins

He's a good doctor who is not opposed to thinking outside the box and considering all sorts of treatment, not just typical drugs. Unfortunately, he has an odd manner about him that can be uncomfortable. He made a comment to my wife in front of both of us that was rude and bizarre. You can tell that he likes himself a lot and enjoys hearing himself talk. He just gets carried away to the point he can be quite unprofessional in my opinion.

Prompt and courteous, professional would recommend to family and friends

I have been going to Dr. Robbins for a very long time. In the beginning, I found him to be very considerate. During my last procedure, I found him to be very distant and seem to be so rushed that he had no time for my questions. I find him to be aloof when it comes to my desire to understand my condition. I received a very curt letter which did not satisfy my desire to know what is wrong with me.I will be changing doctors as soon as possible.
