An excellent experience. Staff is very competent and caring and Dr. Stoddard is unsurpassed in his skills and beside manner. It is rare to work with professionals this caring and efficient. Well worth a 15 hour drive for care.

I was very anxious about having my skin cancer removed. I knew it needed to be done, of course, but I was worried how I would look afterwards. It was on a prominent place on my face my nose and I am vain! After the cancer was removed Dr. Stoddard showed me my nose. I took a furtive glance, and quickly looked away. There was a hole about 1\8 inch deep and 1\4 inch wide in diameter. Dr. Stoddard discussed with me the different ways we could stitch it up and what the end results would be to each style of repair. He recommended I use my existing skin to make a flap over the hole and stitch it that way. I chose his recommendation. I am two months out now from the surgery and my nose looks FANTASTIC! No one notices the scar unless I point it out to them. It is so faint as to be virtually unnoticeable. I recently visited my cousin back east who had skin cancer removed from her cheek. Her skin puckered at each end of her scar. She had had the kind of stitching Dr. Stoddard had recommended not… to do for that very reason. I doubt that her doctor had plastic surgery experience as Dr. Stoddard had. I am so grateful to Dr. Stoddard and his staff for their excellent work!

I am a new patient with Basil Cell Carcenoma, Dr Stoddard uses the Mohs Sugical technique and is the only Mohs Certifide DR. In Pocatello/Chubbic area. The Mose procedure has the highest secess rate. They have an inside lab, so the biopsy results are finished in around an hour, give or take. (instead of days for outside laboratories) His staff and nurses are very pleasant, kind and profesional. Everyone was always doing their best to provide a calm and soothing atmosphere, so very friendly and happy. I must comment on DR. Stoddard's surgical abilities, my procedure was a difficult one. And he handled it beautifly. I am very impressed to see that he does an incredible job reconstructing the area that the cancer had be exercised. The scar is almost non existant. It's only been 2 days, and I'm am healing beautifully, far faster than I expected, Dr Stoddard has a very acute eye for identafing different type of cancers correctly. I never felt in a rush, he took plenty of time to… learn about any concerns that I had. I highly recommend DR. Stoddard and his staff. I'm am very fortunate to have skilled Skilled DR. Who's so well versed and knowledgable. I would Highly Recommend DR. Stoddard. I hope if this review might provide some comfort, knowing ahead of time of his abillities, and skills.

Dr. Stoddard has been amazing. He has helped me through this difficult time in my life. He has been there for me when I needed him and his staff has always been so nice and accommodating.
