Dr,Eduardo Kofman, "MD " rude and incompetent: I have done over 10 CT scans and 2 MRI of abdomen from 2012 till present ,without ultrasound .I was trying to politely explain things and history ,which I wrote ahead of time , but he is aggressively insisted that abdominal CT has to be ordered by ENDO specifically for ADRENAL GLAND : 1 ) INSISTED :MAKE Ultrasound before CT scan . Even FL blue insurance ,as well many others , cover abdominal CT scans without abdominal ultrasound , done it multiple times. For an obese person abdominal ultrasound is useless!Many MD agree !THERE ARE official RESEARCHES on Internet WHISH Shows THAT ! 2He aggressively insisted to see endocrinologist : Abdominal CT scan be ordered with adrenal protocol, even by Surgion or gastro ! . JUST one Example: CT of abdomen with adrenal protocol was ordered and approved by simple Physician assistant working in UM gastro in 2022 . CT scan of abdomen can be ordered by any of numerous MD and surgeons for diagnosis of… liver , pancreas , kidney ( stones and cancer ) ,adrenal gland adenomas , cancer ) etc . !If finding is outside of expertise of specific MD , MD can advice you/or you you yourself go to another specialist !!! 3 Next thing, Gastro Health INS possibly will pay for his deadly mistakes in colonoscopes and endoscopes, very possible he join Gastro Health because he could not get insurance on his own. WHY he moved from another state ? MED INSURANCE may pay to cover issues and often not show his wrong doing in data bases, but INSURANCE will increase fee dramatically !!! I may send to investigate this MD to departments of Health and Insurance regulations of Florida !Other review from me are coming . Do not risk of going to this "MD "Eduardo Kofman if you have serious issues !!I 4 AS I left frustrated . He came out so stuff and patients can witness him talking to unreasonable patent / me, in a sweet submissive voice . To make him look professional, caring and reasonable ! 5 Inside of the medical exam room ,he sounded ABSOLUTELY different : agressive , contradicting , inpatient ! Thanks GOD I was saved me from this butcher, Eduardo Kofman, "MD" !!!

Dr. Eduardo Kofman has been my gastroenterologist for several years. He was recommended by several sources who were extremely satisfied with his care. I’m so glad I listened to them and became his patient. I had a screening colonoscopies and upper endoscopies. He was so patient explaining the entire process, from the adequate preparation before the procedure, how I was going to feel during the anesthesia and after the procedure. His office staff was also extremely helpful dealing with the insurance coverage. They were always smiling and accommodating my needs. I had some minor discomfort after the procedure, much less than I was expecting. Dr Kofman is a great doctor, a terrific gastroenterologist, with an empathy towards the patient that is hard to find. I can happily say that I strongly recommended him and his staff.

Dr. Kofman has no bedside manners. He was very rude to my mother-in-law on her very first visit. Needless to say, we will never go to him again, and we highly suggest that you refrain from going or taking your love one to this doctor.

The staff was nasty and rude..... They cancelled my appt and I have a bleeding ulcer..... Sandra office manager spoke little English and got upset when she couldn't understand..... Horrible experience

I had a colonoscopy with Dr Kofman. It's no a pleasant experience due to the preparation you need the day before, Fortunately for me, Dr. Kofman's team explained to me the importance and made me understand this well. They are all great! Dr. Kofman is superb! Great bedside manners and excellent doctor. I highly recommend him

Had a colonoscopy after an initial office visit. All very professional, painless procedure seems to have been performed very skillfully. Dr Kofman explained everything in detail before and after, highly recommended.

I was referred by my primary to see GI, Dr Kofman's office was the closest to me that would take my insurance. I can't say if Dr kofman is a good doctor or not, he did not know what was wrong with me. The staff he has is terrible!!!! They are rude and have attitude. I waited for 2 hours to see doctor for 3 minutes. staff didn't want to do insurance paper work, so I got stuck. Please make the right decision before you get stuck!
